Wonderful place to stay in bangkok. It’s a hidden gem. There is a tops store downstairs to grab quick bites or drinks. I stayed here for 8 nights doing staycation. Mostly i will roam around the city in the eve. There is a metro station nearby. Also, mostly you will get grab/bolt with in no time (max 4 to 5 mins). Don’t miss out to check Owl market nearby, great place to explore local food and budget shopping.

The accommodation was perfect for our stay. The playground inside the complex is an added value for those like me who travel with children. The structure has everything you could need!

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

This apartment provided a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodations were well-appointed and suited my needs perfectly. I appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cleanliness. It felt like a home away from home during my visit. I would happily recommend this apartment to others.

Fantastic place, would certainly book again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great to relax in after hot days. Had coffee most mornings right at the entrance and the massage room in back (you have to pay for separately) was unbelievable. Conveniently located, A+ review.

Very nice experience. Was welcomed by mr Charn with a cheerful smile. Really appreciated his hospitality and thoughtfulness. The place is located quite far from the center of Bangkok but will be a good choice for people who come to attend a concert or event around Impact. Around 20 minutes to walk to Impact from here (however should go with a group of 4-5 people if you come back late) and only 5 minutes by taxi or grab. Very easy to get a grab to go anywhere you want. Near 7-11 and Family Mart is another good point.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Sackgasse und somit in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Es gibt einen 24/7 security Dienst,so ist fühlt man sich sehr sicher. Sie waren auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit, als der Lieferdienst uns nicht gefunden hat. Zur BTS und 7/Eleven nur 10 Minuten Fußweg. Wir können den Burgerladen nebenan sowie die Pizzaria Kennys eine Straße weiter empfehlen. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, denn der Boden drumherum ist sehr wackelig und im Pool fehlen einige Fliesen. Zum Sonnenuntergang ist die Aussicht jedoch sehr schön. Wie andere bereits beschrieben haben, ist die Wasserdruck in der Dusche etwas niedrig. Das waschen mit der Waschmaschine und der Platz zum aufhängen auf dem Balkon waren super. Durch die Abluft der Klimaanlage war die Wäsche auch schnell trocken. Auch für längere Aufenthalte würden wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Äußerst geräumig und hell sowie ruhig.

Away from the hectic roads in central BKK, it's a quieter, more peaceful location. The only downside is that it's a distance from central BKK but you're right by the public train systems. If you don't mind travelling an hour to get to the central areas, you're golden! Lot's of local street food less than 5 minutes away. The accomodation was clean! The facilities were reasonable too.

Was an absolute delight to stay there! Super nice friendly hosts, very nice stylish apartment. The building staff is nice too. There is a big supermarket in the mall in walking distance, which is convenient for stocking up on groceries, plus 2 metro lines close for travelling into the more touristy areas. Really liked it, would gladly return!

It was a great spot and the apartment stood way beyond our expectations. Clean, organised, all appliances needed for a short and comfortable stay. Surprisingly even the minute of details like keeping hand sanitiser, corona swabs test swabs, first aid kits, extra pillows, sufficient tissues, all in all kept for the guests to use! The location is convenient and walkable distance to metro station and they also provide free buggy ride to the station. 7 11 store available all round the clock right inside the apartment complex was a boom. Mini shops, massage parlours all are seen within the complex.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Wanlop was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and welcome throughout our visit. Every request we made was met with care and prompt attention, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. It's clear that our host genuinely cares about their guests’ experience. The space was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thoughtful and reliable host. The place was also close to Phra Nang Klao Bridge MRT station and Phra Nang Klao Pier which is the biggest factor for easy transportation.

Run was an excellent host. The apartment and building itself is a fantastic base if you want to stay in Nonthaburi. Furthermore, the MRT is literally 40-50 metres from the building. From there you can take trains all the way around Bangkok. There are heaps of amenities around like Big C, Tops, gyms and 7/11s. I really liked this place and I would consider living in this building long term.

Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, hat uns direkt geantwortet und uns alle Wünsche die wir hatten ermöglicht. Die Wohnung war super schön, besser als auf den Bildern. Die Lage war top, direkt ein 7/11 neben an. Insgesamt hatte ich einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Würde immer wieder gerne kommen.

Nice pool, good air conditioner, clean place, beautiful view and reeeally close to the MRT. A lot of places day they are walkable, but this one really is!

We had a wonderful stay! Even though the neighbourhood is busy, the rooms were very peaceful. We had a very comfortable stay with everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive via the app messaging. We had a lot of privacy and were accommodated in many additional ways which helped immensely with kids. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone landing in Bangkok and still finding feet. It’s a quiet place to rest and you will have everything you need. Thank you to our hosts for having us. We appreciate our time in your accommodations.

This house was exactly what we needed for a larger group (4 adults and one child). The house is modern and very well equipped and decorated. it features three full large bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and fully functional if you want to do your own cooking. There is also a separate living room with a foldout bed which can function as an additional bed room. The House is located in a very peaceful and private community, but it's still just a 30-40 minute drive to Bangkok. There is also a lot to do in the local Nakhon Pathom area. There are lots of beautiful temples, a water market as well as a zoo. We stayed one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitively come back.

Feels like home everytime we are here. Oad & Nan are always responsive, friendly and thoughtful. We love the house as always! Thank you for the sweet gift we really appreciate it, thank you for sharing your lovely home!

First of all: beautiful house. Even better in real life than in pictures. Clean, spacious, everything you need. Just perfect. The pool is incredible, perfect for a cool down. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, AC’s everywhere to cool the house in no time. Surroundings feel really secure. There are three security gates to arrive at the house. For example: at arrival the keys were just hanging by the door. Perfect! We would recommend to hire a car. Once you get used to it, traffic is less daunting than we thought it would be. We drove downtown (in half an hour) to see the reclining Buddha. There are cheap parkings with lots of space right in the neighborhood. If you don’t like to drive you can always take the public transport. There is a large shopping mall, just a 15 min drive away to buy groceries, street food… And then the host, Tanyanat: Friendly, kind and very helpful all the way. Unbelievably quick in responses. Very happy with her as our host.

We stayed here for a stopover in BKK with our two daughters (5 and 3). It was the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the megacity in this green oasis. The place is very peaceful, and everyone is incredibly relaxed, helpful and welcoming. An absolute recommendation for families!
