Internet Wi-Fi. Private terrace and balcony. Towels and bed linings provided for all guests. The apartment is on a 2nd floor. Touristic/city tax INCLUDED in price. MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed. So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. Thanks for understanding. * exception: minors over 7 years old, with parents. * Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. * Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach. * Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment. LATE CHECK IN: arriving after 23.30hs, there is an extra 20 euros fee, that have to be paid, cash, on arrival. KEYS: losing set of keys is a 20 euros fee charge.
