This is a legal tourist flat. It's located next to the Sagrada Familia. Tourist tax is included in the price, there are no extra charges. The balcony overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.

You can forget your car from here since, in rush hour every 3 minutes a train passes that leaves us in downtown Barcelona.
