This apartment is nice, in a nicely maintained building and offers a great value for guests. I really enjoyed a lengthy stay here, really zero complaints, bed was awesome, water was super hot, easy highway access to everywhere- I’d stay here again for sure.

Clean, quite stay. Pictures tell the story. Bathroom clean. Lots of towels, linens, and necessities. Free off street parking space was easy and comfortable. I’d stay here again :)

Our stay at Tim and Jonathan's place was absolutely amazing! Hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly and the place was super cozy and beautiful! Definitely would recommend this place in Tulsa!

Great location downtown. Great architecture and easy to get to concerts and places to eat. Highly recommend. One of our favorite places to go.

Yo estaba muy sorprendida porque encontraba muchos detalles que no he visto en otros Airbnbs y todas las veces que le escribí me contestó muy rápida y amablemente. La ubicación estaba genial. Un lugar tranquilo y seguro. Esperamos volver a visitar Tulsa pronto y, sin duda, volver a quedarnos en el departamento de Alex.

Very nice people clean place and it felt like home would recommend to anyone

Everything was exactly as described. They always responded immediately even though we got in at midnight and asked a question, not expecting an answer until the morning. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the restaurant a few buildings down. They must’ve had some kind of event because there were people leaving pretty late and they were a little noisy. If we ever go to downtown Tulsa again, this place will definitely be our first choice.

We were very pleased with Genes place. It was our first Air BnB, so we were a little worried about how it might be. But it was very clean, and made me feel like I was at home. He provided everything one might need. If I ever find myself needing a place to stay, I’m going to see if this Air BnB is available.

Genyce's Airbnb was very well represented. It's a nicely remodeled, vintage house. Excellent communication and super set up. Easy access to highway and downturn venues. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed here before, and were so sad when we looked while planning our trip initially that it wasn’t available. We were SO happy that it became available before we booked our trip! Making memories as a family was priceless!

It was absolutely pristine. It was gorgeous and so relaxing! We loved games around the large table and open common area, and enjoyed a beautiful breakfast with a slow morning on the back deck. Loved having coffee stocked there :) plenty of towels and washcloths and dishes as opposed to some Airbnbs where there’s like 2 mugs and a couple small towels. There were even a few blankets to use to get cozy! We will definitely be putting this place on our list next year for our annual getaway.

Steve and Ann went above and beyond in providing this Airbnb. The home is beautifully decorated and curated perfectly. I'm not sure there is a detail they have not thought of. This house and these hosts will not disappoint.

Perfect apartment-style location to stay at in the Tulsa area. Clean, roomy and secure. The record player with a box of available old school records was a very nice touch! Really enjoyed listening to that music.
