Walk to the best things that Austin has to offer: Barton Springs Pool, Zilker Park, hike & bike trail on town lake and minutes away from amazing eats & drinks, 5 min uber to downtown Austin. Located in the back of our property, the Guesthouse has a private fence and is completely secluded, amidst singing birds and swaying trees. Queen bed, open floor plan, walk in shower and kitchenette.

This 740sf stand-alone casita is situated in back corner of main house but provides guests with privacy. Historic Clarksville, just west of downtown. Walking trails. Known for its pedestrian friendly leafy streets and low-key village-like feel with independent stores, record shops, and hip restaurants and bars. Bus stop within walking distance, Uber, Lyft are available,2 bikes for our guests

The house is just two miles from downtown in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Walk to Zilker Park, the Town Lake hike and bike trail, and great restaurants and bars on Barton Springs Road and South Lamar. All major ride-share companies operate here. This is a non-smoking and pet free home.

Sweet South Austin Bungalow in Bouldin Creek

Cool private bungalow in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood of S. Austin. Open-plan house with tons of windows, a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer. The modern bathroom is flooded with natural light. Upstairs is an extra sleeping/hang-out space - a bit tight, but cozy - with a half bath. Sofa bed is downstairs, but in the cooler months, twin sofa bed option upstairs as well. Secluded side-yard deck or front porch allows guests to enjoy the outside in private.
