The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.

You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Mullica River Cottage's Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs.
