The house is light and airy, surrounded by bird life and within easy walking distance of the beach. Good for couples, singles and families (with well behaved children). Great for a beach holiday, golf, fishing, swimming, walking, cycling, and / or relaxing. An inspiring house for writers and painters needing a place to create. Not suitable for parties, large groups or school leavers events.

A short drive to all the fabulous beaches, villages and national parks of Jervis Bay. Malua Bay shops are a 2 min drive, includes supermarket, bottle shop, take away, butcher/deli/coffee, newsagent. Reverse cycle AC & portable fans supplied. If you're after a space to relax, then this is the place for you.
