The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. The 4 * apartment at the sea house "Old Zarok" with its unique architecture of white stone in combination with a white facade is one of the oldest houses ever built in the neighborhood and offers the charm of a private land house at the Croatian coast. The beach is just 3 minutes away by foot. Its modern but unobtrusive interior makes it a house you will remember. From the terrace you have a beautiful view at the bay and the old center of the village.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
