Located in an exclusive community, Carillon Beach Resort Condo, is in a beautiful neighborhood featuring a canopy of oak trees lining the paved sidewalks. Guests enjoy eight walkover access points to 3900 feet of sugar sand beach. You'll find shopping, restaurants, a cafe, a salon, and even a fitness center on Carillon Market Street. Paddleboarding, kayaking, and bicycle rentals are available on-site at Shiprwrecked LTD. This home is two-and-a-half miles from Rosemary Beach, with restaurants.

Latitude Adjustment

This is a beautiful lake side home with some of the best sunsets in Florida. The home is set up with all the conveniences that you would expect a home to have. You'll come in to an open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Room. The master bedroom has it's own bath and walk-in closet. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom. A washer and dryer are available. The home also has a Florida room that looks out on the lake (Awesome sunsets!). One of my favorite places is the dock on the lake.

6bd 4ba lake home w gameroom close to the beach!

Lakefront home 165 steps to direct beach access #77! Attention paid to every detail. Three-tiered deck creates an ambiance and feel that just can't be beat. When not at the beach, enjoy paddling around the lake & fishing since the home comes with kayaks, canoes, & paddle boats. Record size bass and brim in this lake! On the other side of the lake is a bar/restaurant; walk or paddle to it if you don't feel like cooking. Unlike many vacation rentals, this place has plenty of parking!
