This is a one bedroom space with a full size bed, there is also a living room/reading area, dining room, full kitchen and full bathroom. Relaxing Country Getaway- come hike or just R&R

This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with pets. We do also have a pet fee.

Carriage House 1840: Downtown Lux, Hot tub, Pool

Welcome to Carriage House 1840. The carriage house is on the property of one of Historic Downtown Lancaster's oldest homes and only steps away from museums, restaurants and all that downtown Lancaster has to offer. The carriage house was built around 1840 and is the original structure updated with modern luxury amenities. Upon entering the carriage house, you will be met with a fully equipped kitchen and a full private bath, then proceed up the stairs to the loft portion and enjoy your stay.

The Farmhouse on S. 5th (Family-Business-Hunters)

The Farmhouse at 169 South 5th, is located in historic McConnelsville, Ohio. Located just two blocks from downtown, & just across from the Cornerstone South church, & overlooking the Muskingum River. This Farmhouse was completely restored to its current charm in the spring of 2017. You will find it fully furnished, & ready for a pleasant "home away from home"! McConnelsville is known for its rich history, & is home to the famous Twin City Opera House, among many other interesting landmarks.

The Milk House Cottage is a great venue to just unwind. A favorite venue for a friend's getaway or special occasion.

Route 60 Getaway

Route 60 Getaway is at 5226 N St Rt 60 NW, McConnelsville. Located along State Route 60, 2 miles north of McConnelsville. It is located above our families landscaping business. It is not in a secluded area (due to businesses nearby) however, you will not be disturbed!! You will find it fully furnished, & ready for a pleasant "home away from home"! There is currently a guest in the apartment below the house. However you will not be disturbed and their are no shared spaces outside!

Burr Oak Cabin

Burr Oak Cabin is nestled into the woods of Burr Oak State Park. Just a short walk or drive to Burr Oak Lake where you can enjoy fishing (license required), hiking, or boating. Hiking trails include various state park trails, the American Discovery Trail or the Buckeye Trail. Put in your own boat at the Dock 1 boat ramp (9.9 hp limit) or rent a kayak, canoe, fishing boat or pontoon boat. Rentals available April through October. We have wifi with a Roku smart Tv to stream.

Wabash Cabin

The Wabash Cabin, nestled in the rolling hills of Southeastern Ohio, is in the heart of the Region’s outdoor playground. This unique property offers private hunting privileges on 160 acres. It is also the perfect get away for couples, family, and friends. Hunting rates are $125 per night, per person, and include privileges to hunt on the property. Vacation/Leisure rates are $125 per night for up to 4 people, more than 4 people $20 per night per person.
