A fabulous house in a wonderful and convenient location. The views were spectacular and overall the accommodation was exceptional for our large family. The amenities were as described and we lived staying there. The only downside was the master bedroom could have done with an air conditioner or better window covering or an outside shade to make it more comfortable to sleep. It took a long time to cool down at night.

Probably the best location possible between the ocean and the lake. Home facilities including the pool, barbie and everything you need, coupled with an amazing location for an easy walk to the beach and wharf. Ok it’s not 5 star in terms of brand new furniture, bathrooms and kitchen, but it is comfortable enough for an easy-going family holiday where you can easy wind down at home or outdoors. Peter was easy to reach, but we didn’t need a thing for the whole stay. We had a great time and would recommend for families with children. Thanks again Peter!

100% worth the stay! very clean, quiet and exactly as it looks in the pics. Stayed with 2 kids and there was a lot of space to spread out. kids loved it and so did we! host was super friendly and exceptionally responsive.

Lovely location right near the boardwalk. Nice views of the bushland and water from the house. the pool was fantastic! The house is well stocked with kitchen utensils and supplies. Kelly super responsive and friendly when we needed to reach out to her. The only feedback would be that WiFi would have been great!! Thanks for a great stay

This home was amazing. It had everything we needed and more. Heaps of room for 6 adults and a toddler. Would easily accommodate 10 adults. It was total luxury. The location was quiet and peaceful and only a short drive to the supermarket.

Our stay at Walker’s was perfect. Beautiful house with everything you could possibly need and enough lovely room for two teenagers to have their own space. Loved going to sleep with the sound of the sea and the gentle sea breeze though the windows. Unbelievable location right across from the main beach and a short walk to the heavenly Pambula river mouth. Great tips from Colleen on places to eat and drink. Did not want to leave this place!

Beautiful and peaceful accommodation with fantastic view and surroundings. House is beautifully decorated. Amazing kitchen with view. Linen, bedding was all top quality. House has 2 beautiful bathrooms (one of them ensuite). Both had bathtubs with fantastic view to outdoors. Good size swimming pool. Laundry with 2 washing machine and dryer. Kayleigh and Angel provided clear instructions to access property and were quick with the response to our questions. We enjoyed staying in the house and would definitely recommend.

The stay was perfect! We were travelling from victoria for a close family friend’s funeral and needed something to fit the whole family! This exceeded our expectations and made the weekend that little bit easier! Thank you would defiantly come back

A very special house, ideal for relaxing, reading on the back balcony and generally winding down on holiday. Walking distance to centre of Merimbula and beautiful beaches. So much do to for families here. Would highly recommend. Cheree gave us great recommendations and the house is definitely loved.

We had a fantastic stay at Jasmyn’s beautiful home. The house was spotless, cozy, and full of charm, with everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay in the Bega Valley. It’s perfectly located just a short walk from the shopping centre, local cafes and an easy drive to many stunning local spots. The views were lovely, and the space had a warm, welcoming feel - a perfect place to stop, relax, and enjoy the area.

This property felt very much like a home, the kitchen was stocked with cooking equipment and utensils, the bedrooms were comfortable and the photos didn’t give justice to the generous size of the home. Julie really went above and beyond to make our family fell welcomed and encouraged us to reach out to her. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed in visiting Julie’s property. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

This is a beautiful property ! Amazing location, great views, extremely clean with every detail though of including amenities like fishing rods, boogie boards, board games etc. (these are just some of the ones we used) The house was very comfortable for our group of 3 families with kids. Excellent social spaces for the adults especially the deck outside was tranquil. Well stocked kitchen, especially when you've forgotten to carry the smaller bits and bobs. This property exceeded our expectations and would be keen to return soon. Highly recommended.

Beautiful beach front location. Walkable to Blue Pool and shops/restaurants. We had a lot of whale sightings during our stay (October). Great coffee at Honorbread. Large home, clean and well maintained. Only constructive criticisms would be checking in via a real estate (although they were great) isn’t ideal. The home is showing its age and is only partially renovated. There was no linen provided. Overall good value, but a few thoughtful changes around check-in/out, linen and updates would justify the price. Would stay again!

Our time at Anncliff was 5 star all the way through from booking to check out. Jen communicated with us every step of the way making sure we were comfortable and supported. Jen gave us an early check in on arrival day and the check in/out process was nice and simple. The house is STUNNING and by far exceeds expectations. Great views, quiet, clean, comfortable and is also fully equiped which was just awesome! We were lucky to stay over NYE and could watch the fireworks from the balcony. Another unexpected bonus!! The extremely generous gift left from Jen was the cherry on top! We had a wonderful time spent with family in a beautiful space and we were sad to leave. I would highly recommend Anncliff to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area and we look forward to our next one!! This house was great for our family catch-up. The living space was generous, and the outdoor patio was awesome. We ate most meals outside on the patio courtyard. The location is excellent, a short flat 10 minute walk to the beach. The house has such a relaxed vibe, and we felt like we were relaxing in a friend's beach house. It has everything you need for a family getaway. We appreciated all the basic food items in the kitchen. We had two small dogs, who were great in the fully enclosed and gated large patio. The garden isn't fenced, but the patio is huge and a good place for dogs to relax. Would happily recommend this house.

We spent a lovely weekend at Liza’s beach house. Recently renovated, it still retains its original beach bungalow charm, which we loved. The deck was a great place to relax and read, and enjoy a coffee while quietly watching the bird life. We accessed the beach via a short walk along the creek. Liza was very responsive to our queries.

What a stunning holiday place!!! The house was extremely comfortable, well-stocked and super clean! So much better than what we imagined! Dinner and morning coffee in the outdoor deck watching the kangaroos was a beautiful bonus! We love the Sapphire Coast, and staying a Tura was perfect, as just 5min from Merimbula and 15min from Tathra, so there was plenty of entertainment, fun plans and restaurants/cafes nearby. We were so sad to leave after 5 days! Will definitely come back!!!

We had such an amazing stay at Deirdre’s place. The house was perfect for our 2 families with lots of toys for the little ones. We loved sitting out on the deck and having a BBQ. She went above and beyond with the service and what was provided. We love Tathra, we will definitely be back!

Stayed at this gorgeous place for 4 nights! A great stay for young families and dogs - fully fenced, very private and secure, heaps of space. Loved being able to see the water from the front balcony and we watched a family of kangaroos from the back deck! Place is actually bigger than the photos suggest - split levels.
