Door de indeling van de woning en het feit dat alle vertrekken een raam en natuurlijk lichtinval hebben, wordt het gevoel van ruimtelijkheid geaccentueerd. Deze villa heeft twee terrassen, een aan de voorkant en een die in verbinding staat met de woonkamer, de andere aan de achterkant met de keuken. Nuestro alojamiento es bueno para parejas y familias (con hijos). La casa esta dividida en 3 espacios. En la planta principal hay la cocina con una vista espectacular al mar, el salón, 2 habitaciones y dos baños. acceso a una terrasa. Bajando de un media planta se encuentra un espacio con dos habitaciones, dos baños y un espacio con lavadora y secadora. Bajando al jardín hay un porche, una terrasa y otras dos habitaciones con baños y un pequeño salón. La piscina se encuentra al lado del jardín.
