Our cozy and trendy self-catering loft guest suite is conveniently nestled in the heart of Boston, a mere stone’s throw from Tygervalley shopping mall and a host of upmarket restaurants and entertainment. It is about 2 km from Louis Leipoldt Mediclinic, Melomed and close to Tygerberg Hospital. Guests will also have easy access to the N1 and it’s 25 minutes’ drive to Cape Town International Airport, Waterfront and beautiful wine farms – a perfect base for a business or leisure trip to this area.

Off-street parking. Entry into premises next to garage door. Sep. entrance with security gate into guest suite which is situated at the rear of the house and is classically furnished. Large windows with natural light looking out into back garden - several species of garden birds. Microwave, fridge, kettle with tea/coffee/biscuits/milk supplied. Ample shelf and hanging space in cupboards. Modern en-suite bathroom with spacious shower. 5 minutes to shopping centre and MyCiti bus. Enjoy your stay.

Suzanne's Suite

Place to stay in Brackenfell. My place is within a 2km radius of Cape Gate Mediclinic, Cape Gate Shopping Mall, Makro. It is also within close to the N1 highway and plus minus 20km from Cape Town International Airport. It is also close to Simonsvlei and Durbanville and Stellenbosch Winelands. Cape Town beaches are within easy reach (34 - 40)km. There are plenty of eating places around as well as some who will deliver. My place very secure and we stay in a quiet neighbourhood.

Luxury Self Catering Guest suite attached to modern private home in quiet neighbourhood, with private secure parking and private entrance. The suite has a spacious, sepatate living/dining area with full kitchen facility. The property is equipped with Solar power/battery on UPS, so the SA phenomenon of load shedding/ power outages have little to no impact on our guests. There's also rainwater storage, filtered and piped to the house in the event of municipal water supply issues.

Our studio flat is at the foot of Table Mountain close to hiking trails, 8km to the nearest beach and 4km from the City Centre. It is open plan, has a queen bed (182cm*152cm), a well-equipped kitchen, private garden, a private entrance, secure off-street parking, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and an alarm system. Guests may share our solar-heated swimming pool. (It currently has some peeling in the lining. It will be repaired over winter but is still clean and refreshing).

La Petite Flatlet, is a private apartment with filled with charm & functionality, overlooking the garden with its own private deck overlooking the garden. The flat is equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable with the outside deck area providing a peaceful & tranquil space to enjoy your morning coffee or sundowner. Fast internet and Netflix will keep you entertained whilst only 30-40min away from most of Cape Town's iconic attractions.

Rustic apartment to accommodate four people. One large bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and bath. Open plan kitchen, with small oven, microwave oven and fridge/freezer, as well as kitchen utensils. Sitting area with plenty of light, with sliding door opening into paved garden with a barbeque area and outdoor seating. Pleasant loft as second bedroom with two single beds. Perfect for families or friends travelling together.
