Wee Betty’s Cottage

A homely cottage in the beautiful village of Caledon, County Tyrone. Dating from the 19th century, the property has been caringly restored in recent years. It now offers a high standard of accommodation for up to six people, with two double beds and two single beds, and three bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and a wood burning stove creates a really cosy atmosphere in the living room. An enclosed courtyard and large garden are at the rear of the property and can be enjoyed by guests.

Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

This traditional, 3 bedroom Georgian cottage, steeped in history, offers a cosy retreat in a beautiful countryside setting. Relax in the private walled courtyard or enjoy the extensive gardens and chat to resident horses and donkeys. Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.
