Jolie petite maison, tout confort et moderne, avec piscine privée pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes vous attend dans un quartier calme de Moraira. La maison comprend 2 spacieuses chambres doubles et deux salles de bain. La maison dispose d'un beau salon qui communique avec la cuisine et la salle à manger. La Casita de la Vieja Sirena está a pocos pasos de la playa, sin tener que cruzar ninguna calle. Recién reformada, cuenta AA, wifi por fibra, mini piscina, terraza, camas nuevas, la de matrimonio es king size. Es una zona de playa tranquila, cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y demás servicios. La playa es de guijarros hasta el borde del mar, luego es arena. Muy cerca andando y en coche hay playas totalmente de arena.
