Coler Cottage

Newly remodeled guest house less than 1/4 mile from Coler’s back entrance. Also 1/2 mile from grocery store, bike shop and trail connection to Slaughter Pen and Bella Vista trails. Murphy bed in living room provides a second queen bed. Utility room provides bike hangers, a bike stand and a full size washer/dryer. Wash stand for bikes located right outside utility room. Country feel in the middle of everything. Watch the deer every evening from your private courtyard or the shared courtyard.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guesthouse. 10 minutes from Downtown Bentonville, with easy access to Hwy 49, Sam’s Club, NWACC and all that NWA has to offer! Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. Guest house is two blocks from Coler and can ride to Slaughter Pen as well as downtown Bentonville trails/restaurants bars. Studio guest house has one queen bed, a futon sofa, air mattress, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and bath/shower. While guest house has a pool view, pool is not available for use by guests.
