Super cute place. Exactly as advertised. Comfy beds and a relaxing environment. Also affordable.

I’ve stayed at Christa’s several times now because it’s perfect for work trips! Christa is always friendly and accommodating, the place is always spotless, the bed is firm and comfortable, the linens are plush, and coffee and tea are ready for guests.

This place was so cute and cozy! Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. We had a great time here! Everything was so clean and it was just an overall beautiful place to stay.

Such a beautiful, peaceful location. The large (almost floor to ceiling) windows provide amazing views. The fenced backyard backs up to a heavily treed very deep hill, and when the blinds are open you see treetops and hear so many birds. Unit was spotless, comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a large (privacy) window and is bright. Shower has great water pressure and a nice shower head along with very nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash and soft, thick towels. Just wonderful!

In all of my travels, this has been my absolute favorite AirBnb that I have ever rented. It is so beautiful, just as it is in the pictures. It was impeccably clean. The location is just a few blocks from the town square. You can walk everywhere to downtown. We visited the Farmers Market on Saturday morning, did some local shopping and ate at some wonderful restaurants. I have family in the area and I can’t wait to come back and rent this unit. The homeowners were so lovely. They paid so much attention to detail in their rental. They were kind enough to have snacks available, soda and water in the refrigerator and they also had a huge basket of things in the bathroom, in case you forgot something. This place is a GEM!

We had an amazing stay! The back yard was beautiful, and our kids loved the slide built into the hill. The house was a perfect size for us and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay again if traveling close to there.

I stayed at Todd's place on a business trip and it had everything I needed! It was walking distance to some coffee shops, cookie shops, cute stores and restaurants. I also loved the amenities like the gym and the pool looked amazing (although I didn't swim in it due to it being colder). The airbnb looked exactly like the pictures and was very cute and cozy! It had everything I needed to prepare breakfast and lunch for my work days. Overall, would highly recommend staying at here!

Mit has been fantastic in accomidating us. The place we just as advertised and has been a great resource for us to stay in comfort and privacy.

Really nice home. High ceilings in the living area, light and airy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. for cooking. We slept 12 comfortably, and even though there are only 2.5 bathrooms, the overall layout makes it work with that many people. The half-bath is off the kitchen rather than the bedrooms so that works really well. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and the main bedroom with a big bathroom downstairs. The bathroom downstairs is easily accessible to the main bedroom, as well as for people staying upstairs who can simply come straight downstairs and turn left into it. The toilet has its own door, so you can still use the sink if someone is using it. Nice big backyard, complete with a hammock or two, really big garage, plenty of outside parking as well. Nice neighborhood. Honestly everything about the listing, and our stay there, was very positive. Thank you Patrick.

Exactly what it said it was. Then beds were super comfortable and we all slept really well. The rain head shower is great. There is no salt and pepper, spices, etc in case you do any cooking- you will need your own. Great stay.

The stay was perfect! Justin’s place was gorgeous and accommodating in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely view from the back deck. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much for everything!

We loved the grandma style in the house! It made it feel like home and very comforting. The beds were so comfy and the hot tub was AMAZING! The host is very sweet and helped us get things we left behind.

I’m a filmmaker in the area, and sometimes it’s hard to find the right location I need. A lot of air bnb’s don’t work with me, but Britten helped me TREMENDOUSLY. I highly recommend her air bnb, she is very communicative!

Such a cute and comfortable place! Fantastic location right on Dickson. They allowed us to check in early, which was so helpful. Parking instructions weren’t displayed in the listing, but when I messaged Mayra she was quick to respond and provide clear instructions. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again for future trips!

We loved our stay in Fayetteville! The condo was exactly as described. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. There were excellent restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beautiful trail system and the University of Arkansas campus. We found that the hosts even provided a few snacks and drinks upon our arrival, which was a sweet surprise. It was the perfect spot to serve as our base to visit our son, and we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The location was absolutely prime. We frequent the BV area and will be coming back. The BVCC is right next door with great food, and if you are looking for a good challenging course there are plenty in the area. Well done Nels!

Thank you Aspen! my husband and I had a great mini vacation! We enjoyed walking to different restaurants and loved unit A! The location was perfect for easy access to various activities in Eureka Springs.

Blake’s place was just as described. Was a good location. Everything was clean and neat. They even let me and my friend check out at noon so we would have time to shower after the Hogeye marathon. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean! I was worried when I saw the rooms had a new owner. We always stay here during our last four annual trips, and everything was just as awesome as always!
