The cabin is located central to activities for everyone! Warren Dunes State Park, Michigan City outlet malls , breweries and wine trails are all within a short drive. This property can accommodate up to 5 people with 1 Queen bed, 2 twins and a full size pullout couch, a kitchen and 1-bathroom .

Sweet cottage on our farm: Fully equipped kitchen and furnished living/sleeping area 14’x15' approx., washer/dryer. Sleeps 4: queen bed and queen sofa bed. Lots of privacy and next to organic garden, fields, stable and fruit orchards. All utilities, TV and WI-FI included. Well water with new water softener and water heater. Pet friendly; no pet fee. Lots of farm paths to walk your pet. Encourage off leash if trained. Horses have moved to another farm while pasture and stable rehabbed.

The 3/4 mile walk, drive or bike ride gets you to the beach for a fun filled day! Climb the dunes, lay in the sand, go for a swim, relax-you’re on vacation!

Welcome to our modern minimalist tiny house located a half mile from Warren Dunes State Park beach and 1.5 miles from all that Sawyer Michigan area has to offer. Tiny is the second dwelling on this property and is technically a mobile tiny house. While we do have electricity and water, much like an RV the drains run to holding tanks. This means VERY LIMITED WATER USE for showers and toilet flushing. It features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and a queen bed in the small loft.
