This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchen (including washing machine), comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive to Bundanoon town centre. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway leading up to it.

This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.
