Our South Portland in-law suite is on a private floor & has its own private entrance at the back of the house. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space with a fully stocked kitchenette and free parking. You'll love being only a 5 minute walk from Willard Beach and walking distance to 2 different lighthouses: Spring Point and Bug Light. You'll also be a 10 minute drive to Old Port. Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River. Bring your kayak, fishing rod, or sit back enjoy a cold beverage and watch the sunsets by the fire pit. Best water views ever. It is 1.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth, NH and less then 1 mile to the beautiful rejuvenated downtown Kittery.

Private suite , new construction

This is a newer suite . It has a private entrance. Your area includes a private bath, bedroom and a living room, (with a futon) . There is a kitchenette, It will be equipped with a small refrigerator and coffee maker , toaster, microwave and induction hot plate. There is a grill outside. There is a great (enclosed) outside shower. There are bikes and beach chairs. There is a futon in the living room that converts to a queen bed. I supply linens for this.

Come relax in the guest suite of our new modern farmhouse, one mile from Cape Porpoise's village town centre in Kennebunkport. Enjoy a private entrance and outdoor seating space/ fire pit overlooking a wooded lot. The 1000 sq. ft. space is bright and roomy. It has a king-sized bed with tv, kitchenette, office area and a 50 inch smart tv in the comfy living room. Walk outside our home and find 27 miles of interconnecting conservation land trails.

The Rafters

The Rafters is a finished studio space above our late 1800s barn. It has beautiful light and feels like a getaway as soon as you open the door. With the proximity to Portsmouth, NH and local attractions in Maine, you can escape to the Rafters, but with the ease of being so close to everything. Our neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk down to many spots that overlook the Piscataqua River. Or Uber home from a fun night in Portsmouth!
