The location is a quiet street in the Rattlesnake area walking distance (less than 1 mile) from downtown Missoula, the University of Montana and the Clark Fork River and only a couple of blocks from several major trailheads. Features: full kitchen with range, fridge, and microwave; dining area; full bathroom; and queen size bed. The carriage house is located above the garage with alley access and off street parking. Guests have access to the new side deck with seating and gas BBQ grill.

Welcome to the Holmestead.. a Rustic dry cabin on 5 acres nestled between Mill Creek and a seasonal run off stream with easy access to the highway and only a 10 min drive to Missoula. Our property offers the peace and quiet of the outdoors while also allowing guests to make the easy 3 mile drive to the local grocery store. We look forward to sharing our piece of Montana with you! A “dry cabin” simply means that there is no running water inside the structure.

The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Comfortable king size bed, bunk beds, desk, coffee bar, microwave, and a fridge. One mile off Hwy 93

The suite is in the daylight basement of our family home in a quiet neighborhood.
