Cozy Cottage in delightful Johnson City, Texas

Cozy Cottage is within walking distance to Johnson City square. This adorable house, built in 1947 has all updated amenities. Original hard wood floors through out the house. Enjoy the 400 sq. ft. Deck with grill and fire pit in the cutest cottage in Johnson City. Each of the bedrooms have their own well appointed bathrooms and there is a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with a full size w/d . Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee, per pet. I can request the pet fee when you check in.

We are centrally located in the Texas Hill Country - 5 minutes from Pedernales Falls State Park and Mae's Ridge, and easy driving distance to Austin, San Antonio and Fredericksburg. Our property is easy to get to, yet secluded and quiet with exceptional views of the Hill Country. Cottage 2 has one bedroom with a queen bed. Guests may use the outdoor kitchen / pavilion, large deck, and a fire pit. Dogs are welcome.

We are close to Wimberley and Canyon Lake on the beautiful Blanco Rapids Ranch right on the Blanco River. You'll enjoy a picturesque setting with river access, hiking trails, pickle ball court and relaxation. We are well stocked, excellently decorated and wonderfully comfortable. Complete privacy, as you will have the entire Guest Barn to yourself. Two Bedrooms, two bathrooms, with a full kitchen and living room. The queen sized sofa sleeper makes it easy to add two more guests. 3 TVs, Dish network, Internet and wifi. All linens provided. Duvet covers on beds are washed after every guest.
