Highly recommended! Good place to stay and easy to find

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

Amazing house and location. Very cozy and clean. Only had some issues on how to use the heating on first day but host was very responsive and helpful so we solved that easily. I would 100% recommend it.

Our stay at this amazing piece of architecture and home was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful layout and impressive design. The space was vast and beautifully appointed, offering everything we could possibly need and more. The huge windows were a particular highlight, flooding the house with natural light and providing stunning views. Our daughter spent hours gazing out of them! The garden was another major plus, a true haven for our dog who had the time of his life. A special mention must go to Ester, the owners' friendly dog, who became a wonderful playmate. This house truly felt like a luxurious retreat, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly getaway. This house was perfect for our needs as a base to explore Warwickshire and visit friends. The house was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits chez Jo. Ce cottage est magnifique et idéal pour une famille avec enfants. lLe logement est très bien équipé et parfaitement propre. Les hôtes sont attentifs à nos demandes et amicaux. Nous avons déjeuné au "Royal Standard" situé juste à côté qui est un pub typique et bon. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et ses hôtes !

We enjoyed our peaceful stay at Frances home. It was clean and in a quiet location despite being so close to the city. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out over the 3 floors, and our host was very responsive when we had a few questions/requests.

Loved our stay! We felt right at home straight away and Mel left it all lovely and cosy for us arriving, with the heating and lamps on. We arrived in a storm too and she kindly checked in to see how we were getting on with our journey. House had a key lock, which was great for flexibility, so suited us. And Mel let us know she was only round the corner if we needed anything. Really homely feeling, lovely living room to all relax together with blankets and a great tv, and table in the kitchen to eat at. Hardly saw Darth Vader the cat, although the kids did spot him under one of the beds at one point. We just stayed one night, before going to Harry Potter the following morning and it was perfect for that. 10 min walk from the train station and Harry Potter bus, cafe for breakfast at the end of the road, Tesco, co-op, kfc all within 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend for staying with kids - ours are 12 and 9. Comfy beds, lovely bathroom, all great! Thanks Mel ! x

A truely beautiful home , great location . Victoria was always on hand if we needed anything . Very approachable and friendly. An early family Christmas together and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to be .

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Excellent barn to stay on with fantastic grounds and fabulous pool and hot tub. David is an attentive host and deals with any issues instantly Highly recommended

really enjoyed our stay in this tiny place. good to be aware there is no lounge area (inside though there is outside) - it is really small, and not much window! but it is very sweet and in the loveliest quiet spot beside a canal - so the walks etc were gorgeous and it was a good base. we had some issues early on but Heather was really responsive and helpful and someone came over and sorted us out quickly and with minimum fuss. For that reason I am giving 5 stars. They do seem to care about your comfort. Lovely quirky place for 2.

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

We had an amazing time at the Cottage! The bed was super comfy, and the whole place is incredibly peaceful – perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. The surroundings are beautiful, and Angela was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Lauren’s place was a lovely place and perfect for my young family. She had it set up for my baby daughter with the cot, high chair and bath for shower which was a massive help. The caravan was very clean with plenty of room and had everything we needed. Communication with Lauren was excellent. We would definitely look to stay there again.

Really lovely cabin, well looked after and very clean. Host was very helpful and pleasant. As others have written, the cabin is located near the house and not quite in the middle of the woods as expected, but hosts fully respected privacy and we only saw them on arrival. Toilet is a little cramped but otherwise everything was perfect. A really lovely stay

This was booked a few weeks before we stayed and suited us to the ground. Bicester Village was the perfect place close by to get to Oxford by train. Easy to get to Blenheim Palace for their opening Christmas Weekend and Festival of illuminations. The Property had everything you could wish for, air Fryer, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge etc Christmas really did start early for as we were leaving with over an inch of snow on the Green and then 2 hours driving home in a Blizzard.

This place was perfect - clean, cosy, easy to check in and out. The attention to detail was incredible! The kitchen was well stocked with basics for cooking. Everything was very clear. I had a lovely time here and would love to return sometime.

Had a lovely 2 night stay, accommodation as described, clean and comfortable. Welcome pack (milk, butter, bread, porridge pots, fruit juice tea and coffee) much appreciated. Safe parking available. Good value for the money.

Keith & Bev were friendly & wonderful host. The bed was comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Love the little touches - sauces, cereal, bread and butter. The Nature Reserve was a short walk away - great for my dogs. Thank you again for hosting me & my furry boys.

Todo ha estado perfecto. La anfitriona es muy atenta, cercana y siempre pendiente de que todo esté bien. El alojamiento es acogedor, íntimo y muy bien cuidado. ¡Una experiencia excelente, totalmente recomendable!

All fine. Accommodation was clean and well present. Watch out for the very low doorframe upstairs - I'm over 190cm tall and it was up to my shoulder.

Lovely little place. Has all you need. My dog loved it too. Felt very welcome. Lovely views from the garden 😊
