5 acres of lawns, gardens, and meadows and a gentle rocky beach on Blue Hill's Salt Pond, a protected inlet of the Atlantic Ocean. The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. Mini Moose sits on our 75 + acres of Maine woods. It is small but should have everything you need for your Maine camping experience. Two miles from coastal village of Blue Hill. We have had 7 years of successful rentals. Fire pit & view of the pond from the deck, private getaway. Wonderful walking path around 2 ponds, swimming is allowed and a contemplative walking labyrinth between the ponds. Only 45 minute drive to Acadia National Park and close to all that Downeast Maine has to offer.

Lavender by the Sea

The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.

The camp is brand new on 27 acres of land 3 min to Blue Hill Mountain and 5 min to Blue Hill downtown which is right on the water of The Blue Hill Bay. This is an edge wood enchanting retreat perfect for two to hear birds, squirrels and porcupines. Remember to pick some blueberries when it is in season before the black baby bear down the road eat them all. 3D nature is unfolding right in front of your eyes and Acadia National Park is 50 min drive from here. Historic schoolhouse of Brooklin converted into the perfect one bedroom getaway. Located across the street from the Brooklin Rockbound Capel with a quick 20-minute drive to Blue Hill. Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor or Bangor are all with in an hour away. The original post and beam construction, with a sleeping loft, give the interior a rustic vibe offset by the playful color palette and butterfly wallpaper make it more botanical and lighthearted.

New open apartment at the top of easy-access spiral stairs, private, and quiet located in the forest and a short walk to the sea. It features a balcony facing eastward, a queen size bed, and futon to sleep an additional two people. Also included is a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, hot-plate, and microwave. There is a full bath with fresh towels, hot shower, and a dining area which includes a pine table with benches.
