The sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a twin bunk and a queen blow up mattress. ChewCasa is located on the second floor with private staircase for entry.

Most importantly, the gorgeous beaches of 30a are only a short stroll away.

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

The house is located in a secluded area off Scenic Highway 30A, about 1/2 mile from the Beach access at Stallworth lake. We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

Pool: You have access to the BMB Club pool/gym walking distance across 30A. There are also beach towels, toys, six beach chairs, and umbrella.
