Tiny houses in Blue Mountains

I had a great experience staying at Steven and Peta’s place. I was personally greeted by Steven upon arrival and felt very welcomed. It was quite easy to come and go from the cabin and I was very comfortable staying there as it was clean, well equipped, and secure. The location is quite close to the airport as well as nearby public transport, and I found it very convenient to travel to central Sydney and surrounding areas. I would love to stay here again if given the opportunity :)

It's no wonder Christopher's place is often booked out! The cabin is private, beautiful, and faces straight onto the bush (you can even wake up to the incredible view of the local crimson rosellas thanks to the window next to the bed). It has all the conveniences you need for a blue mountains getaway making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Thankyou for having us!

We had such a great stay at this cozy tiny home in Charlestown! The place is beautifully built with wood and had everything we needed, including a split system air con and a fan to keep us comfortable. Lynne was super welcoming and showed us how everything worked when we arrived, which made settling in really easy. The kitchenette was so well-stocked with pots, pans, condiments, snacks, and even cereal — such a nice touch! The location was also awesome — really close to Charlestown Square and just a 10-minute drive to some beautiful beaches. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfy, easy getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Sue and Jeff’s place! We stayed there for 6 weeks and we found the studio to be even better than it looked in the pictures. Very well equipped for long stays (with a good fridge and a washing machine inside the studio that I think were not in the pictures), very cozy and well decorated. Fresh goodies from the garden and composting bin. Walking distance from the beach and good supermarkets and restaurants. And we also got to know Sue, Jeff, the girls, and Daisy 🐾 a little better and we shared very special moments together preparing dinner, watching movies and having good conversations, which was a super plus 🤗 they are a beautiful family, amazing hosts and great friends! We are very grateful for the time we spent there and definitely recommend it!

We had the best weekend at Wombiombi Cottage! The cottage is immaculately clean and so peaceful. We loved sitting on the verandah listening to the birds, with a glass of wine and watching our dog run around the back paddock and enjoy the space. Fran was so friendly and responsive, and welcomed us with homemade cupcakes. We also had one of Fran’s home made dinners which was delicious. The location is fantastic, secluded yet just a 10 min drive to Bowral and Berrima. We already can’t wait to go back, our new favourite place! Thank you for a great weekend Fran! We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The cottage provided a great base for us to explore Mudgee and surrounds. We were out most of the day and enjoyed returning to the cottage each afternoon and slept comfortably each night. Tony was very friendly and welcoming.

We had a glorious stay at Natalie’s Eco Cabin. The farm on which the cabin is situated is nestled next to a babbling brook and luscious forest. We enjoyed switching off and made the most of our peaceful abode while also exploring nearby attractions. I loved listening to the birds in the morning and it was special to be visited by black cockatoos, rosellas and robins. If I ever have a stressful time at work back in Sydney, I will think of this place and hope to stay there again soon.

What a beautiful little oasis! This tiny home is absolutely exquisite, extremely welcoming with stunning decor. Our stay was so cosy and relaxing. It is definitely the place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and to connect with whom you are staying with. We definitely recommend staying here to experience this. Mel and Petes attention to detail is something else, they have absolutely thought of everything when you stay here. Thank you again for letting us stay!!

A perfect weekend stay, incredibly private and with a beautiful view - the sunset on arrival was incredible! The place had everything you need and communication was great! Will definitely be back :)

A very lovely spot, in the back of Steve and Lauren’s property but still nice and private. Close to some beautiful hikes and a drive away from many other things to do. The place itself was cozy and beautifully built The facilities in the home were also great for a relaxing time with nice sunlight, we enjoyed using the speaker and board games for some offline time and cooking was easy. We would have had a lovely stay even if the weather wasn’t so nice, especially with the fireplace. Steve and Lauren were also very thoughtful not only with the check in process but also leaving some incredibly delicious homemade cookies for us to enjoy but through the handbook left on the kitchen table with helpful information about the stay and things to do. If we do another trip up to the blue mountains we would definitely stay here again! Also we loved the bird theme. Beautiful Aussie bird artworks around the place.

One of the most luxurious tiny home stays I’ve ever stayed at. The bed was soft and blankets were a plenty to spare. The home had thoughtful touches like sourdough and eggs are the ready with butter and pantry stocked. There was even a cheese kit in case you wanted to have a picnic. It really did feel like you could do anything. My only advice is to bring a torch for those checking in later. My partner and I had to find which entrance held the right key and gate to the entrance of our property. It also didn’t help that it was misty and very foggy, which seems to be the norm for the area. Fortunately the university is literally just down the road, so it didn’t feel too remote. When driving down the driveway of the farm, please also keep an eye out for the name of your home. “Retreat” is a noun! You can easily miss the signs of the name of the home if you’re not careful. Overall, lovely stay. The toilets really weren’t that bad. Bring a candle, eat your veggies and you’ll be fine.

Loved our night here! Holly was super responsive and helpful the whole way through and despite our space being separated by only a fence from their backyard, the place still felt private enough. Thanks again Holly!

Our favourite stay in the valley yet! Taleah and Jason's property was absolutely stunning and decked out with anything you might need for a peaceful getaway, and they were so lovely and accommodating as well. It was also really close by to lots of vineyards and highly rated restaurants. We will definitely be back for a longer stay soon!

Beautiful place, looks exactly like the photos! The space was extremely clean. The bed is extremely comfortable and is in a central location. The host is extremely friendly and has lots of recommendations for any of your needs.

Lovely stay, outdoor bath in the rain is incredible, close to beach and shops but tucked away as if it’s away from society. Amanda was great in reaching out to see if we needed anything during our stay. Will be back a 3rd time next year 😊

Emily's place was a lovely oasis, a very short walk to the main street and great dining options. Only a couple of streets from the beach. We loved our stay, the house had everything we needed and very well presented. We felt right at home.

Alex’s place was an amazing little getaway for us. It was peaceful, well equipped and actually more spacious than the photos do it justice! Early check in and late check out was an unreal surprise. Only a short drive away from Moss Vale and some great wineries and lunch spots.

This place is really great for 2 people, view is great and the outside garden has so many places to sit and the layout is unlike anything i have ever seen Overall great and cozy place to stay And the town of bundeena and its beaches are great

I really enjoyed my stay — the house is in a peaceful and quiet location, which makes it a perfect getaway from the busy Sydney lifestyle, and it's only about 1.5 hours away. The surroundings are beautiful and relaxing, and waking up to the sound of nature was such a nice change of pace. The area feels very safe, and the view from the property is stunning. I definitely recommend!

Charming cottage (and roomier than expected based on pictures) in calm and beautiful surroundings. The deck and kitchen looking out onto the vineyards are very much a highlight. And so are the host: Susan and Greg are very welcoming and helpful. Also bonus points for the goodies waiting for us in the fridge as we arrived.

We had such a lovely time. We made use of the fire pit which had such a nice setup. The outdoor blankets were a nice touch too!

We had a truly magical stay at this cottage in Kangaroo Valley. Bige has thought of absolutely everything, it’s clear how much love and care has gone into creating such a special space. This was honestly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. The cottage is beautifully styled, clean, and spacious, with thoughtful touches throughout. We loved having both an indoor and outdoor fire, which made it cozy and inviting no matter the weather. The setting is stunning. We were regularly visited by kangaroos, ducks, cockatoos, galahs, lorikeets, and so many other beautiful birds. The generous food and wine offerings were such a treat, and watching DVDs from the cottage’s nostalgic movie collection added an extra layer of charm to our evenings. We left feeling completely refreshed and grateful, and we can’t wait to come back
