Great location, stones throw to beach and shops. Clean, tidy and well stocked. My only gripe was that you can’t call the host/local office (Winning Holidays Port Stephens). You are redirected to an offshore call centre who lead you to believe they work in the office when in fact they are overseas and know little to nothing about the property. As a result I had to get in the car and drive to Nelson Bay to talk to someone in the actual office as the lady in the call centre wouldn’t give me the local office number. Other than that, the place was great and I’d definitely recommend.

Pinehurst of Cooks Hill was perfect for our needs. It was found very clean and the kitchen was really well stocked with all the essentials including excellent cooking utensils (not that we did much cooking!). We had everything we required for a wonderful holiday. Communication with Sean was very easy with prompt responses. The location was also perfect, we could walk nearly everywhere, and it was in close proximity to the Tourist Information Centre, Museum and waterfront. There were nice parks nearby and the Restaurants we very close. Thank you Sean for sharing your place with my family.

Easy out of town check in near a petrol station; quiet suburban location; very clean but I recommend bringing extra toilet paper and soap for the kitchen/bathroom.

Great location, a short walk to the town with lots of amenities or a short walk to the stunning Dutchman's beach. The only downside was the building site next door who started early... But not a problem if you're an early riser!

Had to pick up keys from Estate Agent. Was given an address but no business name. The shop had no street number and no sign. There is a key safe at the house that could be used. Had to fill out details at Estate The house is quite nice and convenient to both the beach and local shops but on the main thoroughfare between the two. Seemed pretty quite though except the garbage truck. The showers had only limited hot water and worse the shower screens in all three showers are badly worn out and my sister had to get rescued by her husband as the doors jammed closed. Check these are repaired. Kitchen well equipped, all other features were fine.

Staying here felt like a home away from home, not to mention the luxurious bathroom! The house and garden are beautiful, stunning artwork throughout and everything you need for a weekend getaway. We will definitely be staying here again when coming back to Anna Bay.

Close to beautiful beaches. The host sent us check in instructions via email as we were checking in later in the evening. And they called us to check if we had received the check in instructions. Responsive hosts and beautiful place to stay.

Tareq was extremely helpful when the room got locked by mistake. Even though it was slightly late at night, he helped us in getting the key. The house is great for a short/long-term stay.

Beautiful property at the back of a 3 house lot, easy to access and find the property (bit difficult the first time at night due to low light levels) and within walking distance of beaches, shops, restaurants and the marina. House was clean but needed a more attention in some areas (tall ceilings with a few bugs and cobwebs up high, lots of long dark hairs on the beds, ants in one area in the kitchen and food still on the clean cutlery in the drawer). Everything worked perfectly; aircon, ceiling fans, kitchen appliances. Very spacious inside and out with lots of space for kids to play and excellent dining facilities inside and out. Agents weren’t very responsive; didn’t get sent any access details so had to call and message, had requested earlier axes but didn’t get a reply, messaged to extend stay, again didn’t get a response. Overall an excellent place to stay and highly recommended even with the issues.

It was an amazing stay. I will certainly come back if I need it.

It was a great little trip with the sun out having the beach only 30 seconds away. The kids loved the space inside and out. The area was so peaceful and the locals were very nice and found some great food at Old Bar Tavern

Quiet and relaxing location between Nelson Bay and Forster/Tuncurry. Short drive to both. We loved the bikes and rode to all the beaches. Clean rooms and useful amenities like laundry, spa and bbq. Thanks Hemesh for a lovely weekend stay.

Second time we have stayed at Amanda’s place and it was another fantastic stay in a lovely place. We love all the house amenities and the back deck is such a peaceful gorgeous retreat to relax in after a day at the beach. The house has beautiful decor, lovely bedrooms, lots of linen and cleaning and cooking products. It has one of the best kitchens - like a home away from home. This place is in a great location - walking distance to shops. Tavern and beach. Looking forward to our 3rd stay.

Beautiful place and Karina was very helpful. Very minor issue in that we had trouble with the gate remote. Overall everything was brilliant.
