Boat of Garten is a beautiful village situated in the Spey Valley. It is an ideal base for many sporting and nature activities in summer and winter. There is even a steam train that runs past the bottom of the garden. The village has a grocery store, cafe, hotel and a restaurant. Our bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. There is a well equipped kitchen/dining room and a lounge with a beautiful view. We also have a utility room which is great for drying wet gear and storing wellies!

We are next door so can help you if you need any assistance or local recommendations. You can sit out in the private cottage courtyard patio space in which the hot tub is located. You are also welcome to use the sauna and Granlea gardens which include a children's play area, lawn, table tennis table, bbq area etc.

Ideally situated in the beautiful village of Boat of Garten in the Scottish Highlands our newly refurbished 2-bedroom annexe apartment with its own private entrance comfortably sleeps 4 people. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms (1 king size bed and adult size bunkbeds) a lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.
