Blue Roost - Updated, comfortable home in K Falls

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of room at this spacious place. Located on the south end of Klamath Falls, a short distance to Kingsley Field and a few minutes from everything the community has to offer. Family and pet friendly, home features a large living room and kitchen, full sized appliances, dining room table, 1 queen bed in each bedroom. High speed internet a 55" smart TV in LR and main bedroom. This property is dog friendly, floors are vinyl plank with area rugs, but no carpet.

Charming Two Bedroom House With Large Fenced Yard

Fully furnished two bedroom home with large fenced back yard only 1 mile from hospital, shopping, and dining. Full sized mattresses, hardwood floors, lots of tile. Less than a year old appliances. GAS heat. Separate laundry room. Has large backyard deck. Please note that house is next to the highway. Also be advised that Summer is Klamath Midge season. The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

Completely remodeled with huge back yard and covered patio. Sit back and make yourselves at home, whether you are working remote or here for fun. Notice Crater Lake is only about an hour away or go explore the Lava Beds National Monument about 45 minutes away! We are also approx 10 minutes from Skylakes Medical Center and OIT. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, close to lots of resturants and make sure to enjoy the handmade soaps and soak in the huge soaking tub!

Paramont Paradise

Best place in town for families or a group of up to 6 friends and coworkers. The house is new and completely remodeled inside. Enjoy the spacious and inviting floorplan that provides something for every member of the family or group. The only truly comparable spaces are in Running Y, which is 20-30 minutes out of town, but this is in the quiet suburbs while still being close to everything. You'll pay reasonable rates for a modern, stylish space designed for families and small groups!

Modern cabin in the woods just 25 minutes from the entrance of Crater Lake National Park. Located in a quiet community near the shore of Agency Lake. Watch the sunset or soak in the oversized tub while a fire crackles downstairs. This cabin is surrounded by song birds year round, with resident bald eagles and great horned owls all in this last grove of old growth Ponderosa Pines on Agency Lake. The lake is great for paddling but can be too much algae sometimes for swimming.
