Built with only non-toxic and all natural materials with a state of the art fresh-air system. Two heating systems for the winter. Newly renovated, modern, guest house located on 20 acres of a private estate at the base of the Gunks. This private, fully renovated 1 bed/1 bath is the perfect retreat. Located a short scenic drive from Minnewaska State Park (8 mins), Mohonk Preserve (5 mins) & New Paltz Main Street (15 mins). Centrally located for easy access to many trails, orchards, wineries, farm stands, swimming holes and lakes. Also easy access to Stone Ridge, High Falls, Rosendale, Kingston, Woodstock & Hudson.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Mahali Petu is a five year old guest house situated well off the road with meadow views. It is built of high quality materials and finishes. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers custom cabinetry & granite countertops. The full bath offers a walk-in European shower with dual shower heads. There is extensive outdoor decking with seating, a gas grill, fire pit, hot tub and an outdoor shower. Peaceful and quiet, yet walking distance to High Falls restaurants and shops.
