Bilocale semi-indipendente su due piani, situato al secondo e terzo piano di un tradizionale palazzetto del borgo antico. La camera ampia e luminosa, è dotata di letto matrimoniale e divano letto ad un posto, bagno privato e balconcino privato. Al terzo piano terrazzo e cucina ad uso esclusivo (alla quale si accede dal terrazzo). Grazie alla sua posizione centrale, sarà facile raggiungere a piedi (o con trasporto pubblico) i vari punti di interesse.

Villa Afrodite

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

L'appartamento si trova su una collina all'ingresso di Gaeta, dal suo grande terrazzo panoramico si può vedere tutto il golfo fino al Vesuvio e all'isola d'Ischia. Lontano dai rumori della città e della movida. Un ampio giardino con pini marittimi completa il parco del complesso residenziale. Posto all'inizio del tratto cittadino della via Flacca, l'appartamento consente di raggiungere rapidamente le spiagge più esclusive di Gaeta.

Antico casolare di mio nonno, ristrutturato da poco nel rispetto della tradizione, ma con tutti i comfort moderni. Immerso nella campagna, adatto per un periodo di relax lontano dal caos, con un'ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente mare, montagna, laghi, piscine termali, per fare discese in gommone sul fiume e tanto altro... poi a sera potrete gustare la cucina nei vari locali o un bagno nelle acque termali di Suio terme.

It’s a studio apartment on the top floor of a 3 floors house. The roof is sloping so too tall people may have some difficulty in the lower part of the roof which is still m. 1.70
