This basement apt was by far the best I have ever stayed at in Denver when visiting my sister for the past 8 years. Private entrance, very clean, your own space. Big kitchen with 2 bedrooms. Beds were so COMFY!! I will for sure book this place again and again!!

Richard's place was wonderful. Clean and comfortable. The area is great, Very close to City Park and many restaurants. I would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Boulder! It was so peaceful and the view from the deck is amazing. This stay is perfect if you’re looking for a secluded getaway that’s still close to civilization. Andy and Karley provided recommendations for hikes and dining and were very communicative. We highly recommend this stay and would definitely come back!

Great place to stay and Tama was very nice and easy to coordinate with. The doggos are very nice. I only bumped into them once in the yard but no trouble at all. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Denver!

Enjoyed my stay. Great location with fun things to do. The list of restaurants and shops was helpful. The suite was lovely and comfortable. Drew and Chelsea were great hosts!

We felt right at home. We had a few pleasant conversations with Mary and Vern. Our schedule did not allow use of the back acreage but it was beautiful. We will definitely stay there again as we travel to Loveland several times a year. One note the WIFI did not work in the bedroom but did work in the main room.

Wendy is a friendly and welcoming host. She kindly let me use her washing machine, let me check out late and went out of her way to recommend local restaurants and events. It's a quiet street near the creek with lots of birds and rabbits. It's walkable to campus and (just about) to NCAR and Chautauqua for hikes. Easy to get the bus to Denver and the airport also. The bedroom is a good size and has a table and chairs. The lounge is on the smaller side and the kitchen facilities are more for quick microwave meals rather than full on cooking, but it's perfect as a base for exploring and for such a fair price it would be unreasonable to expect more. There's also a handy coffee machine and a good selection of tea bags. The linen was spotless. Overall it's a brilliant option for solo travellers or couples and I hope to return in the future.

Cozy & cute place, we had a comfortable stay. The backyard is a great feature. I thought the cleaning fee was very high with such a long list of checkout preparations, but perhaps I do not understand Colorado economics. The place was incredibly, spotlessly clean. Thanks Michelle for being such a responsive and thoughtful host.

Chris and Daniel’s place was very relaxing. My small family of 3 booked last minute due to kitchen remodel delays. We really liked the Airbnb it was nice and peaceful . The bbq was great to make grilled meats and the hot tub was great . The 420 friendly part was a great addition as well. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our weekend stay .

First time in colorado and we stayed in this little home extension, it was really a nice place to chill and relax after being out all day exploring and hiking. The sauna and jacuzzi both functioned great and the place was clean

What a great little oasis tucked into the mountain-side! Jeremy was incredibly helpful and kind. The place is relatively close to great hike spots, things to do and local grocery stores/coffee shops/cafes. The place is adorned with thoughtful details as well. And the bed was super comfortable. Kelly’s place was awesome. It looked just like the pictures. The beds were super comfortable and the host provided some snacks, which was unexpected and really appreciated. There was also a book with food recommendations so that’s also a plus if you don’t know the area. Would have love to hang out on that cute little patio but sadly the weather didn’t allow it. Would definitely recommend staying there :)

Cute little place that was clean and cozy for a few days. Chose this for the location, which was great to access a day of skiing and get to the conference center. You could definitely hear noise through the door dividing the Airbnb and the rest of the house, but despite that it was still a great stay. Having driveway parking was a nice perk, and we gave the pizza oven a try!

This place was really nicely located for everything we needed on our very short weekend trip. The price (especially compared to others close by) was really great. The space was just as it looks in the pictures. My literal only 3 complaints (still rating 5 stars though) was: 1) There is no climate control for the space (which is understandable) & they do provide a space heater & a fan, but the bathroom was SWELTERING. It snowed the first day we came in & then it was like 70s out the rest of the weekend so they swapped the heater off. I could very well have just messaged them but we were usually getting around quickly & weren't staying in the unit very long minus sleeping. 2) I left my hair dryer behind because this listing stated they had one for guests to use. There is one provided..but it doesn't work..so that was rough, but I managed! 3) The bed is not very comfortable. Other than that- I swear this space was perfect. Exactly what we needed at a great price. We felt safe, too.

Nicole and John were great hosts! This place was perfect for my week long stay vin Denver. The bed was nice and comfy. The bathroom was clean and larger than I expected. I loved the little sitting area when you enter as it was a separate space from the bedroom. The shared laundry and kitchenette worked perfectly, as well as the cute outdoor area. I highly recommend!

Definitely coming back for our next rip to Denver. The place is extremely comfortable. Lots of space to put your things away and feel at home. All the amenities, washer/dryer, quality soaps and shampoos. Great location, right by RiNo. Sharon is super sweet and helpful.

I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this place was small super cozy and had the best kitchen utensils! That might seem strange to mention but it is so important to me. I love to cook for myself that's why I stay in Airbnbs. I think its a big deal! Wonderful little place. Super wonderful shower. A washer dryer combo so cool! I will be back and to stay again.

Cozy neighborhood that paired well for peaceful walks with beautiful views. Location is ideal for Red Rocks, adventuring in downtown Denver, as well as exploring some must see natural wonders! Extra touches of soaps, spices, and basic baking supplies truly added a homey feel. Kind & responsive host!

Had a great stay! We traveled to Colorado for an intensive week with my Chiropractic Neurologist and Eric’s Northglenn Beautiful Airbnb was perfect for our purposes. Full kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub to soak in Epsom salts between my daily healthcare visits. Truly a gem. The basement apartment was quiet and well insulated from noises. The bed was super comfortable & kitchen was a pleasure to cook our meals in - large refrigerator, amazing oven, dishwasher & lovely tile floors. The tile work in the kitchen is beautiful. The entire apartment is well appointed for a great Airbnb stay. Thank you Eric!

Great stay for a weekend, the place was clean and quiet and everything I needed for a landing pad.

Wonderful stay! I stayed here during a conference at the Gaylord and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.
