It’s the color green. About 10 mins drive to the Eisenhower Visitor Center, Massena Airport, and the Nicandri Nature Center. 5 mins drive to local shopping centers and downtown Massena. About 11mins drive to the Robert Moses State Park, beach & boat launch! About 37 mins from SUNY Postdam. 15min to Canada.

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Or maybe a fishing/hunting trip, as there are 30k acres of beautiful public land surrounding the river front property and a variety of fish in the river (musky,walleye,bass!) A quiet dead end road, that turns into a a trailway that can take you as far as Old Forge!

Main bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a queen bed pull out sofa in the living room. Full kitchen space with high-top dining set. On-site coin-operated laundry. Easy Electronic keypad check-in. We are close to the St. Lawrence River, Bridge to Canada. This is a SMOKE FREE Unit!

Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

We do not host locals. A second-floor apartment with easy access to the beach, marinas, golf course, fishing areas and Canada from this perfectly located home base. Our house is in town and close to diners, restaurants, library, the airport, golf course, parks, the Eisenhower locks, and for adults who enjoy gaming and/or bingo the Akwesasna Mohawk Casino Resort is 15 minutes down the road. Summer offers swimming, fishing tournaments and boating while winters have skiing, skating and snowmobiling. Our basement is finished and has a sitting area with a large screened TV. There is a bar, jukebox, table and booth set up, foos ball, and dart board.
