This space is in the old city center, in an old building, ground floor - but surprisingly bright. Cool in the summer and warm in winter. it is well equipped and has a lot of storage space which is great for long term guests. By booking this space You are becoming part of a bigger project - full restoration of the house which began Dec 2010. I can tell You and You can read about it in a booklet when You arrive. Bike House is our “homemade home”. This 250-year-old house, built in the classic Transylvanian Saxon style, used to be a bike shop in post-communist Brasov. We loved it, got it, and restored it to save its charm! Located in the historic area of the Brașov Old Town, at 30 minutes walking distance from the Black Church, the neighborhood is residential. The house features three apartments and a shared courtyard. We're pet-friendly and offer free bikes for exploring the city at your own pace!

La doar 1 min de soseaua DN10 si la 40 min de Brasov , chalet-ul e foarte usor accesibil si in acelasi timp departe de zgomotul orasului.

The property has a private garden with a quiet place to enjoy the coffee while looking over Tampa and also a place to make barbecue. FREE PARKING You can park the car in the private garden.
