Designed as a simple countryside escape, with a king-size bed, log burner, cooking facilities and plenty of space to relax. The cabin embraces the glamping experience — solar power, peaceful surroundings, wildlife and a short walk through the grounds to hot showers and toilets.

It is a perfect place for a retreat of peace & quiet, and is within a short drive of the magnificent beaches & the cliff walks of North Devon & In reach of both coastal & country-side; it makes a marvellous base for your Devon holiday. There is a minimum night requirement of 3 nights.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Newly refurbed large cottage on the edge of Exmoor

Want to really get away from it all? Our beautiful farm cottage has 15 acres of woodland to walk and play in, with the river Bray winding through the valley it overlooks. Though only about 30 minutes from Woolacombe, Ilfracombe, Barnstaple or Lynton, with fabulous beaches and coastal walks, Ovis is hidden away with no sound or light pollution, so is perfect for star-gazing and bird watching, messing around on the river and camping in the meadow. We hope you'll love it as much as we do!

Cosy one-bedroom cottage, on the edge of Exmoor.

Take a peaceful break in a delightfully converted stone barn, on the edge of Exmoor, in a friendly Devon hamlet. We allow one dog. If you love walking, then the cottage is 200 yards from the Tarka Trail, which winds through some of Exmoor's most beautiful landscape, and just 20 minutes from stunning Combe Martin beach and the SW Coast Path and famous Ilfracombe harbour. The delightful market town of South Molton is just 10 minutes drive with its Pannier Market. Pubs are a short drive.

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We will NOT ACCEPT : IVENTS, HEN NIGHT, STAG NIGHT QUIET HOURS 11pm to 7am Pet fee: £ 90 for the entire stay Charging electric cars is not possible!

The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Nestled between the rugged North Devon Coastline, the wilds of Exmoor, and the surfing beaches of Saunton, Woolacombe and Croyde.
