This property lies in the heart of the valley with plenty of outdoor experiences such as hunting, fishing, bird watching or simply taking a walk along the fence line to watch the bison. This can provide an unforgettable and once in a lifetime experience. Summer is the peak calving time. Our bison calves are spunky and enjoyable to watch.

"Bertha's Cabin" takes you back in time with cedar walls and maple floor even the original chimney from Grandma Bertha's day. At the same time, enjoy modern bathroom and kitchen amenities. Relax and enjoy the beautiful view on Marion Lake. This cabin, nestled in the western shore, is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet, gorgeous sunrises, and fun on the lake. Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, a dock, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

The Dog House cabin

Great little cabin. Very new, 6 bunk beds, hide a bed sofa, kitchen and bath w/shower washer/dryer. On 3 acres w/heated breezeway for dogs or you can bring them in. Full stove and fridge and is right across the street form the Old Schoolhouse Bar where you can get pizza and drinks and meet local farmers to gain permission to hunt! Base of $90 per night, $30 per person per night for each guest over two. $60 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

Riverfront Retreat

You and your guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. Located in an upstairs unit in historic downtown Fergus Falls, this location is walking distance from multiple retail stores, eating & drinking establishments and the brand new community pavilion located in Spies Riverfront Park where not only multiple community events are held but also our local Farmer's Market is hosted during the warm seasons.
