Opposite an old church with views across the valley it offers an an ideal getaway with walks in every direction and outdoor activities (canoeing, climbing, horse riding) further afield. Local events include: The Abergavenny Food Festival, Crickhowell Walking Festival, Haye Literary Festival, The Green Man. The village is two miles away with shops and pubs.

Step into Jinks Cottage and I hope you step into a real ‘home from home’. A cosy cottage with a fabulous & foodie local pub, right on Offa’s Dyke path. The emphasis is on luxury and comfort in this well-equipped, warm, welcoming cottage. Originally built in the 13th century, Jinks Cottage was home to the village cobbler (called Jinks), his wife and six children. Now carefully restored, it provides a spacious country retreat for four, plus your four-legged friends, as we’re very dog friendly!

Beautiful Grade 2 listed self-catering cottage in the lovely village of Crickhowell in the Brecon Beacons. Sitting on the edge of the River Usk. The cottage is light and airy with lovely period features.It has a bright dining area overlooking the garden and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage has two bedrooms with crisp cotton bedlinen and luxury mattresses to ensure a good nights rest. One bedroom has a King size bed, the other has a single bed. Walk in shower in bathroom. Old Byre Barn: Brecon Beacons Historic Cottage

The Old Byre dates back to the 17th Century & forms part of a charming range of historically listed farm buildings at Llandetty Hall Farm, situated in the heart of the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park. The barn is set in 15 acres of private pasture on the Mon Brec canal, between the villages of Talybont on Usk & Llangynidr. The spacious barn boasts a log burner & use of the adjacent communal games barn. It uses electricity created by our solar panels & benefits from underfloor heating.

With spectacular views from all four levels, this open-plan former dry dock sits at the very water’s edge. Open the bi-fold glass doors from the lounge area, to get even closer to the ducks and the boats that pass by. Pets are welcome, too.

Spring Farm’s authentic railway carriage is set in a secluded orchard with stunning panoramic views down the whole length of the Bryn Awr valley to the Brecon Beacons. We are excited to welcome guests to stay in one of our unique Cabins over looking our natural pond with gorgeous mountain views. Perfect place to explore nature and enjoy some tranquility. Each cabin has its own private hot tub, fire pit, outside seating area and parking. Inside we have a comfy bed, cooking facilities, fridge with an icebox, shower rooms, smart TV and WIFI.
