Villa Marisan is located in the peaceful village of Bribir, 4 km from Novi Vinodolski, 15 kilometers from Crikvenica. The house consists of two floors, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room and a dining room with a kitchen. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a corridor. On the outside of the house is a terrace of 70 m² with swimingpool. Upper floor has access to a 15 m² terrace. Parking place is secured.

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

This beautiful stone house, which was completely renovated in 2021, is located in a quiet, natural environment, not far from the center of Bribir. Care was taken that everything remained in the traditional style. The very friendly landlord family has completely renovated this romantic house with great attention to detail. Although everything looks like it was from a quiet, long-gone time, you don't have to do without anything here because the house is very well equipped.

Holiday house Marea smjestena je u malom mjestu Bribiru, 6 km od Crikvenice i 5 minuta voznje od Novog Vinodolskog. U 150m2 smjestene su 3 klimatizirane sobe, 2 kupaone, moderno opremljena kuhinja i dnevni boravak. Na raspolaganju je u sklopu kupaone infracrvena sauna za potpuni relax. Zatvoreni tip dvorišta osigurava potpuni osjećaj slobode i privatnosti. Osim velikog bazena i roštilja, posebno smo mislili na naše najmlađe pa se u dvorištu nalazi i sadržaj za djecu.

Alle 4 slaapkamers hebben een tweepersoonsbed en een eigen badkamer. Een van deze slaapkamers heeft ook een extra tweepersoonsbed en een slaapbank. Drie slaapkamers hebben een balkon met uitzicht op de bergen of de zee. Het privézwembad is voorzien van ligstoelen en een buitendouche.
