We loved the quiet serenity of Sara's place. The acorn woodpeckers were out in the trees to greet us in the morning and the views from the deck were of misty mountains and ancient trees. The space was beautifully appointed and comfortable, with all the utensils and cooking needs we could require. Sara greeted us in person to show us around and ensure that we had a good stay. I would definitely come back to this haven.

We had a peaceful and restful stay at Johnna’s place. The home is located in an isolated area among the trees. There is not much to do in the area and it rained our entire stay. However we were content to stay inside and relax. There are games and books available. The tv and wifi service are spotty but that’s to be expected being so far out. The home is comfortable and cozy. And we had plenty of space and everything we needed. We would highly recommend Johnna’s home.

The view is unbelievable. This place is a hidden gem. The ocean lulled us to sleep every night. Not a place you want to drive in and out. Instead, drive in during the day and stay for several days. If you are used to driving with GPS always, you may also want to print a map for the ride. We ate at Mi Mochima every night possible. Our 11 yo daughter loved the tidal pools and beaches. We ran the Avenue of the Giants 10K, definitely a bucket list run and spent lots of time in the Redwoods. It was a perfect getaway. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay! By far the cleanest rental I’ve stayed in. The host was very communicative and helpful. The area is gorgeous, lots of nature to explore. Roads are rough getting there so make sure you are driving a vehicle that is good for that.

This was our second stay at Delmar's home and we plan to stay again next year. That should sum up our satisfaction with our experience. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the private planes taking off and landing. It's an easy walk to the Gyppo Ale Mill, the light house and the extensive tide pools below. The home is well appointed, comfortable and sparkling clean.

This is a great private place to stay in a beautiful area! We enjoyed the rustic feel and Robert was a great host.

Neptune's Nest was perfect for our family of five. The main space is a real treat. It's where we spent all our time: cooking, eating, reading, playing board games and mostly looking out at the ocean. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped without any accumulated clutter. At night all you can hear are the waves and we lucked out with great stars the first couple nights. The kids had fun watching the planes take off and the hikes nearby are superb if you are comfortable on the roads. Nobody wanted to leave.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The balcony is huge, and the ocean view is simply breathtaking — I could sit there all day just soaking it in. The air is fresh, the vibe is super relaxing, and the room itself is clean, cozy, and really comfortable. I never got tired of that amazing view — it’s the kind of place you just don’t want to leave. I was honestly so sad to go. If I get the chance, I’ll definitely be back. This place is perfect for recharging and just enjoying the beauty of nature.
