I stayed in 4separate apts in this bldg and this apt was my favorite. A huge plus is the common areas: pool, bbq, fire-pit, gym and spa area. When I come back to Montenegro I will stay here.

Ivana was a very attentive host. She responded to all my questions quickly and was helpful in every way. The place we rented was tidy and clean. The location is excellent — you can reach the beach within 2 minutes. Markets and restaurants are within walking distance, and a bus passes just on the street above. Our entire holiday was wonderful, thank you so much!

Marko & his wife are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and always ready to help and give some advice! Marko responds quickly. They even helped us to order some pizzas. The villa was amazing and as described. We had a great time and would like to come again! 😊

The cleanest apartment I’ve ever stayed in. It has all the necessary kitchen essentials, so you can cook and enjoy your meal on the beautiful little balcony. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the old town and around 20 minutes to the beach. The host is very kind and responsible—she even let me check out late for free. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment in Kotor! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, i would recommend it if you are coming to Kotor by car. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing great local tips and making us feel very welcome.

Serenity villa is part of “must stay “ category. The contemporary exteriors flow well with earthy warm colors and modern interiors. The villa is a peaceful retreat on the top of the hill with a marvelous view of the Shkodra Lake. Benida and Pikhost very commutative, we needed charcoal for the grill and they responded right away, the maintenance guy (Isa) was so helpful. Definitely will return to this vila. We had a great time. So peaceful. Just make sure you go to the supermarket on the way and get food as nearest supermarket is 20mins or so away. We had everything we needed. The views are amazing and if you can wake up early, sit outside and watch the sunrise over lake 😍 Bojan was always available to answer any questions. We would definitely return when we are next in Montenegro.

Great apartment with two balconies, a very well equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi which was good for remote working! There was air con in all rooms too which was useful as it was hot on our first two days there. Excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood only ~10mins walk from the Old Town and beautiful Mogren beach. Would definitely recommend as a great base from which to explore Budva!

I have been using Airbnb for over 10 years and Tamara was the BEST Airbnb host I have ever had! From check in to check out she took care of us. The apartment was spectacular from the gorgeous view that you see as soon as you enter to the thoughtful details of the home. It was pristine beautiful and absolutely spotless. It looked as if it was brand new and felt like staying in a 5 star hotel. The apartment had everything- the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with fruit, cookies, and beverages. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking including a panini maker and sharp knives. There were beach towels, beach bags, sunscreen, elegant toiletries and plenty of storage to unpack. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of linens. There were 2 balconies to enjoy the view of Kotor Bay. The best part though was getting to know Tamara and her wonderful family. They were helpful, kind, and generous. I can’t say enough positive things about this place and would highly recommend it!!
