Seaside garden flat in Kemp Town

Fantastic location really close to the beach and mid way between the centre of town and the Marina so both are within easy walking distance. The cafes and shops of Kemptown village are less than 100 yards from the front door but the flat itself is in a quiet residential street. The property has its own private secluded garden which catches the sun and provides an oasis of calm. There’s a sea view from the bay window in the living room, and a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden.

Lovely 4 bed house 200 metres from the beach

A lovely bright seaside house, 200m from the beach and Hove lawns. On a quiet, friendly street a very short walk from just about everything - cafes, restaurants & bars, playgrounds & parks, shops, galleries & theatres. 10 mins walk along the seafront to the West Pier, Brighton Centre & i360. The house has plenty of space and light, great for families, groups of friends, couples and business travellers. We're very happy that many guests see at as "their" Brighton home and keep coming back.

What a treat this penthouse is offering. Spectacular views of Brighton & Hove's coast, beach and cityscape from all the rooms. Sit up in bed and there you are. A peaceful oasis on the desirable, Kings Road, this apartment is ideal for eating, drinking, theatre, beach life, shopping and nightlife and all the city has to offer and all within a short stroll. Reasonably priced, onsite parking may also be available, just ask to book. Why come to Brighton and not see the sea?

Kemptown Victorian Terrace House

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.

Lovely 1 bed flat Central Hove

Location, Location, Location. This 1 bed holiday flat is entirely yours for your stay. I highly recommend coming by train as once you are here it is so easy to get around on foot, bus, train or taxi. Literally surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and the beach. Brighton is a short bus ride away or a 30 min walk along the promenade or along Church Road passing shops, bars and restaurants all the way.
