The main bedroom with ensuite and 3 car parks in the driveway + spacious 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and 1 bath tub and a huge pergola under cover. The ensuite room has a french door open into a private courtyard + lounge room has a double sofa bed - can be closed off for privacy

Perfect for family time to the beach, 3 bedroom house across Ramblers road to the beach access, 300m to boat ramp and miniature railway (check photo for schedule). Check house amenities for details, if anything not clear message us. Important note: strictly no pets! please leave the house and furniture as you found it at checkout, clean out the rubbish, load and wash the dishes with the dish washer. This is so that we can keep the cleaning cost reasonable and enjoyable for all future guests.

Our beach home is situated on the Esplanade in Portarlington with views of the city, bay and You Yang Ranges. Relax and unwind and watch the sunrise over the bay each morning. The surrounding area will provide many things to do for all ages wine, golf, water sports and beaches. Only 1.45hr drive from Melbourne. Wifi, Nespresso coffee and wood fire! If you need to sleep 10 there is a king bed and small bathroom available extra charges apply. Allergy sufferers please note we are pet friendly
