Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

We would love to welcome you to come and rest in this calm, clean and well-presented home. The Annexe at Ringsfield is a detached single storey dwelling set in the one-acre grounds of our home in the popular market town of Aylsham. We are ideally located for trips to the North Norfolk Coast, the Broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Closer to home is the National Trust property Blickling Hall, the Bure Valley steam Railway and miles of footpaths through the beautiful Norfolk countryside.

Relax and unwind in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Your own Restored Train Carriage Cabin sits alongside the River Bure & natural water meadows, with private decking and a campfire nestled amongst the Alder Carr, where Norfolk’s wonderfully diverse wildlife is never far away. The Carr, 3 acres of ancient woodland and water meadows, is a space we tend and love ourselves, and are glad to share with our guests. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!
