The estate is 175 acres and is available for you to wander over as you will, or just to protect you from the pressures of the outside world. The land is nestled in a glen, full of fresh Scottish air and comprises of woods and meadows, pasture and pond. The magnificent River Spean, with the Inverlair Falls, is a backdrop to it all.

Emperor bell tent

All our Emperor Bell Tents are raised off the ground on timber stands. Each tent has a double Mexican pine bed as standard, matching furnishings, semi-orthopedic mattress, bean bags, bed linen, and towels. Additional fold out beds with bed linen can be included on request. At night the tents are lit up inside by our tea light candle chandeliers and Moroccan lanterns, and outside by solar lights. Accommodates between 2 to 5 persons.

Dee Valley Yurt

Situated on the river Dee, just 2 minutes walk to Llangollen bridge and all town centre amenities. We are dog & child friendly with a fairy garden, tree house and trampoline. We are set in a private enclosed 1 acre garden on the river bank with fishing rights. There are a variety of seating areas, fire pit and BBQ. You have your own private fully equipped kitchen, plumbed toilet and shower.
