The Beach Hut Norfolk is a newly renovated, brick built bungalow which sits just back from the cliffs of Scratby. A spacious open plan living space awaits you. 2bed 2 bathrooms. King suite w/ensuite & twin room. Private enclosed gardens Scratby boasts beautiful seaside walks, independent restaurants, bakeries, shops and pubs. A 30 minute walk along the beach will take you to Hemsby beach, filled with amusements, eateries and entertainment A ten minute drive to Great Yarmouth's golden mile.

The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night.

Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

Surrounded by open countryside, the converted barn has open beams, exposed brickwork and log burning stove. It is fully equipped with all modern amenities including a newly fitted kitchen. The living/dining room has French doors that open out onto a private enclosed garden with patio and summer house with bar and bbq. There is parking for 2 cars.

Meadowside Lodge is situated in our grounds and offers peace and privacy with an enclosed garden and patio. Beautiful open space with widened doorways for wheel chair users we can also provide a ramp and shower chair if requested. There are two village pubs which are within walking distance and a small shop. This is a great base from which you can explore everything Suffolk has to offer. Not to forget we are pet friendly

Ducks Den Cottage is a newly converted luxurious property which sits in the centre of an idyllic village next to the owner’s home on the River Bure which is part of the Norfolk Broads National Park. It is comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen, a high standard of bathroom, bedroom and living room with soft furnishings. No Smoking allowed within the property. No Dogs or Families.
