The perfect place to unwind, the lodge envelops you in cosy luxury with eco-friendly products, beautiful linens and tranquillity in abundance. Farmhouse Hut & Hot Tub, Dog friendly in Norfolk

Our 4 luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Well behaved dogs are now allowed in this hut. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years!

Blackthorn Retreat features our premium shepherd’s hut & cabin - which sit alone in our dog-secure 1/3 acre fenced meadow, with wonderful far-reaching views, lovely rural walks. Perfect for reactive dogs. Up to two large or three medium dogs welcome (even on the bed - we provide throws). A perfect getaway under the stars. Wonderful wood-fired hot tub available (for a fee). Wood-fired pizza oven & firepit. King bed, shower & kitchen inside the hut, heated floor, cold & hot A/C, washer + dryer.

You and your dog/s can enjoy a private enclosed meadow to sit and watch the wildlife fly over head. Dip your feet in the River Waveney situated alongside the dog friendly village pub, a mere 5 mins walk away or stroll along to the woods. Peacock is a beautiful Shepherd Hut hidden in the quiet woods of historic Ketteringham Hall. A superb place to explore nearby Norwich & Norfolk. The Broads & Norfolk coast are close. The hut has a king size bed, wood burning stove and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a lovely area surrounded by trees complete with picnic table, BBQ and firepit for 'relaxing. There are 38 acres of grounds to explore plus a large lake .The Orangery Tea Room is on site serving breakfast & teas.

The Folly

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Please be aware in the summer months the local amusement park is open and may be heard during the day.

Unique Shepherd's Hut

Situated in a south facing corner of a paddock with its own garden and lovely views' ‘The Waggon’ was completed in 2018, using old and repurposed materials. Stained glass windows and polished hardwood panelling are blended with mod cons, it is full of character. Well equipped with double bed, en suite shower room, kitchen area, wood burner for the chilly weather plus a separate spacious storage shed for bikes coats and muddy boots!
