Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden. Wilhelmina war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Tips für Amsterdam gegeben. Dadurch haben wir auch einiges an Geld gespart. Jeden Tag gab es ein Frühstück ohne Aufpreis. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und geborgen gefühlt. Am Vorabend der Abfahrt hatten wir einen Nagel im Reifen. Ostermontag hatte keine Werkstatt auf. Wilhelmina hat den Pannendienst angerufen und innerhalb einer Viertelstunde kam ein Monteur und reparierte den Reifen. So konnten wir pünktlich und sicher abfahren. Wir können einfach nur DANKE sagen für die HIlfe und die tolle Unterkunft. 100 % ige Weiterempfehlung.

Kleines aber super gemütliches und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Blick in die unverbaute Natur. Lage direkt hinterm Deich in einer ehemaligen Dorfkirche. Morgens erwartete uns ein leckeres Frühstück im Wohnzimmer der Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub in der Unterkunft von Rainaldo und Diana. Gerne wieder, sehr zu empfehlen.

A beautiful stay. I took my mum to Amsterdam for a surprise trip for her 50th birthday and Sebastiaan and Brigits place was perfect, just off the main road so central but peaceful. We were very lucky with the weather so the courtyard was a gorgeous place to relax in the sun. Huge extra effort from Sebastiaan and Brigit decorating the room with balloons, a 50 banner and number balloon and beers in the fridge, very thoughtful and mum loved it. Sebastiaan was super responsive and helpful. Thank you guys! ☺️

Vidi hat wie beschrieben in der Unterkuft gewohnt und war auch ansprechbar für Fragen. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem gemieteten E-Bike und sie hat direkt das Geschäft angerufen. Ihr privater Bereich ist abgetrennt, so dass man trotzdem seine eigene Privatsphäre und einen eigenen Eingang hat. Als sie mitbekommen hat, dass ich früher in Alkmaar ankomme und später abreise, hat sie mir einen früheren Check-in und einen späteren Check-out angeboten. Vorab hat sie mir auf Nachfrage gute Tipps für einen Supermarkt und E-Bike Verleih genannt. In das Zentrum läuft man ca. 25min, aber das wusste ich vorher. Man kann aber auch mit dem Bus fahren. Die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit. Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und würde jederzeit wieder bei Vidi buchen.

Spacious accommodations for a large group. Staff at front desk are extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms and building facilities were extremely clean. The trains and buses are just a short walk away - 5 mins train ride to Amsterdam CS. Perfect location to explore various surrounding areas.

We had a fabulous time at Monique’s place. The view across to the windmills of Zaanse Schans was a real highlight, right up there with the breakfasts. We were unaware that the day after our arrival was King’s Day but Monique very kindly looked up the public transport timetable for us which ensured our trip into Amsterdam to join pre-booked tours went without a hitch. Monique’s checkout flexibility also allowed a second visit to Zaanse Schans which we really appreciated. Thank you so much Monique, staying with you was a wonderful end to our travels.

Petri and Jacob was a very kind and cheerful host. The breakfast was plenty and delicious.

Probably one of the best places I have been to. Spacious room, quiet but 10 minutes walking from center place, absolutely lovely and responsive hosts, and a breakfast in the room that you cannot describe with words (local food, made with care and dedication). I really enjoyed my 3 days at Leiden, and will keep the reference for any future visit. Worth a 5 as few deserve!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Bianca, c'est une hôte charmante, attentionnée tout en restant discrète. Elle nous a montré sa ferme, nous a parlé de son activité et présenté ses animaux (canards, chevaux, mouton, chien, chat, alpacas, nous avons pu en caresser un), elle répondait gentiment à toutes nos questions les concernant, c'était intéressant. Le logement correspondait bien aux photos et descriptions, cosy, propre, spacieux, le lit était très grand et confortable, doté d'une jolie housse de couette remplie de laine d'alpaca, nous avons très bien dormi! Le lieu est paisible, calme la nuit. Le petit déjeuner savoureux, préparé avec amour et gentillesse (nous étions deux personnes sans gluten et elle nous a apporté une panière contenant plusieurs sortes de petits pains sans gluten frais et exquis), offrait beaucoup de produits faits maison, il était copieux et délicieux! Nous nous sommes régalés! Bianca est vraiment une hôte exceptionnelle, tout a été parfait chez elle!

Irmi was a very kind and welcoming host, and we felt right at home upon entering. She was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay and gave us many tips for buying public transportation tickets. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and safe.

Der Aufenthalt bei Mark war sehr angenehm. Das Apartment war blitzblank und wunderschön eingerichtet, man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war sehr praktisch. Alles wichtige wie Supermärkte und auch die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mark war sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Zudem hat er uns ein tolles Frühstück zubereitet. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis und würde wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé un agréable moment chez Simone. Le logement était très sympa, à proximité des transports et pas très loin de la gare. Le fait d’avoir notre petite indépendance au sein du logement nous permettait de vaguer à nos activités sans crainte. Un logement très confortable et des hôtes très chaleureux avec de nombreux conseils et recommandations. Merci !

Beautifull house, stylist and clean. Maurice is nice person, every day he prepare for bfast. Our b'fast feels like we stay at suite room at the hotel and the bed so comfy. Twice transit from Amsterdam to this house (this route cover by regional amsterdam pass train, recommend pass if you are tourist ). This place 10 mnt from station and supermarket by walk, and bus station in front this house. Thank you Maurice.

We loved our stay at Doet’s houseboat. It was good value for money and had useful amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, tea and coffee and a little fridge. Doet was super responsive and helpful. The only thing I didn’t quite appreciate was that the room is downstairs to someone’s apartment on the houseboat, so we could hear them getting up for work in the morning. But apart from that it was a great experience being on a houseboat in Amsterdam and would recommend it!

This location was absolutely incredible for easy, walkable access to Amsterdam. After exploring the city, I truly believe it to be the best area. Allysa gave us several great food recommendations, all delicious and affordable. Literally never had a bad meal! She also went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and provided such amazing hospitality. As mentioned in the listing, there are a few flights of narrow, steep stairs to access the top floor (as does all houses in Amsterdam); it’s super important to keep that in mind for luggage and physical limitations. We got used to it after a day or two, but the luggage was a journey LOL. The top floor is open concept with lockable doors for each bedroom, and Allysa’s apartment is at the base of the stairs. It was very comfortable without feeling like you’re sharing space. The rooftop terrace was wonderful to enjoy fresh air in the evenings! We had the best time and hope to return in the future!

What a great stay! Janmartin and Jacco made us feel welcomed and right at home. They communicated quickly, clearly, and efficiently. They provided a book of local things to do and see, including restaurants. Everything was ready when we arrived, the apartment was clean, and if we needed anything (like extra towels or information ), they responded. After exploring the Netherlands each day, we loved coming back in the evening to such a beautiful peaceful place to wind down and sleep in the comforting bed. Sunsets over the water around the block were stunning. Plenty of hot water for showers. The two of us highly recommend this Airbnb

The place was just what we needed for a long weekend in Amsterdam. Ragna and Samuel were very communicative and helpful. Would recommend and would be happy to stay here again!

Wunderschöne Zimmer, in einer tollen Umgebung. Mirjam ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich viel Mühe gibt und das Frühstück frisch zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe eingerichtet.

Très joli logement, dans un environnement paisible. Hôtes très gentils qui nous ont laissé arriver un peu plus tôt pour que notre fille puisse faire la sieste. Un très bon petit-déjeuner également. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons ce logement :)

We had one of the best stays in nick and cherrry's apartment. It was near to the station . They were very friendly and responded to all of our queries. The bathroom was also very neat and good. Overall we enjoyed the stay and trip a lot. Thank you Nick and Cherry for the apartment.
