Head out on Angles Way and follow the Waveney river valley for an idyllic countryside stroll or take a trip to the beautiful Suffolk coast, then light the fire and curl up under the beams. Featured in a host of magazines, this bucolic abode combines period features and chic, contemporary design. Ivywood cottage is medieval in age, but contemporary in design, with luxurious finishes and fine detailing. The house is in a unique rural setting and was once part of the Gawdy Hall Estate. The house sits next to a beautiful 15th century church, set within a 3 acre church yard. Glorious and plentiful Waveney Valley walks in all directions. Guests have complete privacy and run of the house, including a private garden. We respect our guest's privacy, and are on call for any advice or assistance that you may need during your visit. The cottage is a short picturesque drive from the coastal gems of Southwold and Aldeburgh. Harleston and Bungay are quintessential English towns with charming independent stores, delis, family butchers, bistro cafes, pubs, restaurants, and tea shops. It's the countryside, most people drive. Diss is the mainline station between London and Norwich and is just 15 minutes by car. Cycling is very popular and the cottage is on a regular time trial route. Buses are very reliable and the village is well serviced making it easy to hop between Suffolk and Norfolk villages. There is fabulous walking from the cottage. Located in the Waveney Valley paths such as Angles Way which follows the Waveney river valley are right on your doorstep.

A large double glazed 2 bedroom family owned cottage providing high quality contemporary accommodation. Situated close to the coast, and directly on the Norfolk Broads, Wroxham 8 mins, Norwich 25 mins, the property is ideally situated for great walks, cycling and day boating. Willow Place is next to Beech Place (sleeps 4) and Acorn Place (sleeps 6) each with private patio, garden and parking.

Situated on family run farm of 10 acres. The Cowshed offers all the luxuries for a romantic stay in Suffolk. A spacious bathroom with shower and bath and the added luxury of heated mirror and towel rail. The bedroom has a super king size bed with luxury, professionally laundered linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a coffee machine. The open plan living area has a log burner creating a warm and comfortable place to relax. Located on the edge of an attractive South Norfolk village, The Snug is a self-contained annex in part of a 17th Century Cottage. A village shop and a butcher/deli are a short walk away and the centre of Norwich is only a 20 minute drive. This area is popular with cyclists due to the quiet routes and a host of cycle friendly cafes. The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, shower room, dining/working area and kitchenette. There is an off road parking space and bicycle storage if required.

Recently converted from barns the Garden Cottage is close to The Norfolk Broads, Norwich and the North Norfolk Coast. You’ll love our cottage because of its quiet rural location and of course the hot tub. The cottage is great for couples who just want to relax or as a base to visit the area. Babies are welcome, we can provide a travel cot and high chair at no extra cost. 16c Cosy, Artists Norfolk Cottage. Children, dogs.

16c listed and part thatched cottage oozing character and history. Modern furnishings compliment timber frame, original beams (low doorways in places)and inglenook fireplace with wood burner. In the heart of a friendly, medieval village with gastro pub. Also a coffee shop a few doors away serving delicious meals and snacks. There's a general store closeby. We have an art gallery/office attached for your use and enjoyment. 40 mn drive to Broads, seaside and Norwich , a historic, cultural city.

Flint Cottage Hindringham close to N Norfolk coast

Flint is 3.7 miles from the sea on a quiet country lane with far reaching rural views. Our 2 story annexe is attached to the far end of our 1795 flint cottage. Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan kitchen/living room, doors opening out to private patio, spacious free parking.

Immaculate cottage - Norwich/Broads - sleeps 4

An immaculately presented two bedroom semi-detached cottage with a large private garden and off-street parking. A shop and a great Indian restaurant within 1/2 mile walk, and a great pub about 1 mile away, however you really do need a car to get anywhere. A quiet location with only a handful of houses nearby. Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.

Cottage set in 10 acres of parkland. Central to the Norfolk Broads , the coast and the city of Norwich is a 15 min drive away . Ideal for a couple (plus young child) or single person just wishing to get away. The cottage has a large living area with a sofa bed which is suitable for children. A tv and open plan kitchen, table and chairs . One bedroom, bathroom attached. Kitchen - Oven, fridge, microwave. 2 Parking spaces. The local Indian restaurant and pub are both within walking distance.
