Spacious 3 bedroom house on Bruny Is. Fully fenced, beautifully landscaped native garden which attracts many birds. Huge verandahs on 3 sides and 180 water views. Gas and wood bbq, fire pit, large entertaining areas with tables and chairs on both. Ample off street parking for cars and boat trailers with easy, direct access to several boat ramps, 2 x plastic kayaks, paddles and pfd available. Fully appointed kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. Sandy beach access 100m from house. Starlink wifi

Te Kuiti is a new, tastefully furnished bungalow set in bushland with extensive views of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel. The perfect place to relax and enjoy all Bruny has to offer. The space is bright and light filled with a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas that open onto a wrap-round deck with views of the bushland, the Channel and across to the Huon Valley estuary and the Hartz Range. The Bungalow shares the property with our home, Te Kuiti Cottage, where we live.

Nestled in an olive grove with views over Bruny Island’s famous Fluted Cape, our yurts offer the ultimate romantic glamping experience, with private bathroom and cooking facilities and an outdoor bath and fire pit for star gazing. Each yurt is furnished with vintage wares collected from all over the world, an internal wood fire, timber floors, and wool lined walls for cosy nights. Double glazed windows look out over the grove and surrounding forest which wraps 360 degrees around our farm.
