We loved our stay here and our hosts were so friendly and gave us great local recommendations. The location is absolutely perfect as there is easy access to everything to do in the Colorado Springs area including downtown, old city, Garden of the Gods, Broadmore, the zoo and Manitou Springs. Great location for dining out and drinking. Every activity we did was only minutes away. The dogs were wonderful too. They were so friendly and had such amazing temperaments that we wanted to take them home. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting town!

The property is quaint and nostalgic yet very up-to-date in being well maintained and clean in all areas. The entry level cabins are small, but will accommodate a couple on holiday with all they need and modern accoutrements inside. The larger cabins will be a better choice if you have kids. The neighborhood is very quiet and you are within a stone's throw walking distance of breakfast and bar room evening entertainment with food as well. Easy driving distance to Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, and just over a half hour from gold medal Colorado fishing in Deckers or 11 Mile canyon. Look forward to our next stay!

We love staying at Mary's place when we are visiting our son in Boulder!. It is very convenient and offers a very roomy place with a large grassy lawn, views and a hot tub. Mary will be our go-to place in the future!

This is our second stay at “The Cottage”. We absolutely love it. The house is so comfortable and has everything needed. The location is perfect in downtown Morrison and a quick 3 minute drive to Red Rocks. I can’t say enough about Yvonne and David. They are AMAZING! Always responsive to messages and make sure you have everything needed. We’ve met David and always love talking to him. We always grab a bite to eat in front of the house at Mill Street Eats and love stopping by the Morrison Holiday Bar. By far our best AirBnB experience. Can’t wait to come back next year! Yvonne and David are the BEST!

We loved staying here. It is exactly as described. While there were people in the lodge at the same time we were in the cottage, we couldn’t hear anyone. We felt secluded, very safe, and right at home. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed. We cooked some of our meals, did laundry and had a little downtime to just relax. The rooms were great size and the bathroom was a good size as well! Caitlin was very easy to communicate with when I had a question. I would highly recommend this cottage and if we come back to that area this is where we will be staying!

This was a very cute place to stay. It was the perfect location for us and it was stocked very well. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to book here again.

The property was spotlessly clean with plenty of natural light. It had a beautifully landscaped yard with an awesome hot tub. There are tons of beautiful art and photos throughout the house. I have rented many Air B&B's in the past, and this property is one of the best. It exceeded our expectations.

Very nice stay! Right in the middle of Grand County, comfortable, clean and close to the trails. Brian was very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back!

Good place to stay. Walking distance to downtown. It’s a pretty easy drive Monarch (about 43 min depending on traffic & how you drive) for skiing too.

Unique Denver stay! We enjoyed this urban farm, with lots of outdoor space where we could chill with the numerous family and friends we were visiting. Ryan is super responsive and flexible; when we had an issue with the security system he and his neighbor were on top of it. Given that it’s an urban farm, it is a bit rustic, and not in a walkable hub of public transit, but we got to see a fox come through the yard for a drink one morning, which wasn’t expected at all.

This is the spot! Lovely spot and felt right at home. Friend was visiting and is a chef. We had everything we needed to make a meal. Walk right out the door for a night cap. Loved everything about this spot. Spaces were uniquely decorated and clear of clutter! Cool spot. I will be back!

Perfect charming cottage to relax and enjoy the evening sunsets. Gloria and her husband were so welcoming and kind, including their animals. The cottage had all that i needed. Thank you so much for your hospitality and peaceful property.

Had a very good experience, Tonia was very responsive and friendly. The highlands is a very peaceful area in Denver with lots of restaurants and things to do. The space was comfortable and very unique with all of the artwork. Would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed here numerous times and intend to do so again in the future. The home meets/exceeds our needs; especially since we bring our dog. We LOVE the location (so close to Garden of the Gods and there is a grocery store nearby)! We have had no issues walking the neighborhood with our dog; even after dark. We enjoy seeing all the deer. The morning of our checkout, we were locked out (glitch with the lock) and Sophie responded as soon as possible to save the day! Thank you!

Wonderful location! Walkable to downtown and a 5-15 minute drive to all of the other exciting places surrounding Colorado Springs. Very dog friendly and clean! Highly recommended to people with dogs who are looking for a quiet place near the old city!

This place is awesome!! Such a cute place with everything thoughtfully thought out!! The views of the mountains are spectacular and you’re right across the street from the Olympic Training Center!! All that is awesome but the best part is Fran the owner, so nice and so accommodating!! Can’t wait to come back!!

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Maggie and her husband were a great host. Place felt right at home and down to earth. We really enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and comfortable.

We were very happy with the “love shack”! It was clean and comfortable and it was within walking distance to town where we found great restaurants and shops and not a far drive to hiking.

This stay was wonderful! Lisa was sooo responsive and helpful, and offered us late check out which was so kind of her to do! The place was so peaceful and the home was very cozy!

Brandon's place was just as you see it in the photos. The location is close to some really amazing restaurants. The local attractions like Garden of the gods and Pike's Peak were central to his location. We had no problem finding his place. Very easy to get into with Brandon's step by step instructions. This place was clean and had everything we needed. We felt safe in the neighborhood. This is a great place to stay! Would definitely book Brandon's place again.

The house was adorable. Super clean, thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. It was also very quiet and peaceful. Great view from the balcony. Exactly what our family was looking for. Not a complaint, just FYI: navigating the entrance and exit was slightly tricky with a full-sized truck (which is not something the hosts could control.) I only mention it because we would have brought a different vehicle. We would definitely stay here again with no hesitation.
